My favorite and trusted black boots finally gave in not only to a tear along the heel seam but very worn and uneven soles. In addition to being my favorite they have a lot of sentimental value (they were my first purchase after getting a job out of grad school and one of the few pairs of shoes I brought with me in when I moved from france). The team not only went above and beyond to sew the tear, coming up with a creative, lasting, and barely noticeable solution but they buffed and cleaned them! I will now be coming back to bring all my beloved boots.

I recently visited the shop to get a copy of my house keys made. Unfortunately, the first copy I received didn’t work when I tried it at home. I returned the next day, a bit concerned, but the owner was incredibly kind and professional. He apologized for the inconvenience and quickly made me a new copy, free of charge. The second key worked perfectly!

Fantastic experience with Mihai at SMS Locksmith. Rang at 5.50pm to book in to get my locks replaced, as a non urgent call out, they said they would be with me within 30 mins if that worked for me. I bought shoes off Vinted, and after the first time wearing them they completely fell apart. I brought them to Christopher, and he told me they must be very old and very warn. Luckily I was able to get a refund from Vinted, and Chris was ably to make the shoes like BRAND NEW! They are gorgeous, and the service was fast. Cannot recommend them enough.

Took in my RM Williams boots to get resoled as they were getting slick. Mathews were incredibly helpful and provided a fairly priced service. I have just received the boots back and they look fantastic with excellent finishing. Mathews were also super accommodating of my schedule and were able to get them resoled within a week, for which I am very appreciative. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for shoe repairs.

I was pointed towards this shop from SDS London showroom in battersea SW11, it was the 3rd place i visited to cut keys. What can I say, the most comprehensive key blanks/types in south London at the very least. I was out in less than 10 minutes for 4 keys, with a discount! Excellent professional work by Tim who did a great job restoring my wife's favourite shoes, the soles of which she had completely worn through, and the fabric uppers had also seen better days.
