All the reviews are true. Although I have lived locally for many years this was the first time I had taken my car to Frank. But it won't be the last! I will not leave my car with just anyone, but have no hesitation in recommending Franks services. He came across as knowledgable, trustworthy and honest. To sum up he is the first mechanic I have come across in a long time who seems to be in the business to actually help repair your vehicle (or tell you who can), rather than ripping you off!

‘Outstanding’ is the word I’d use to describe JC Auto Services. I found Frank 3 years ago, and he has looked after my car ever since. Frank goes out of his way to explain things clearly and always recommends what’s best for me, not what’s best for his pocket. Initially, as someone who knows very little about cars, I’ve had friends (who know much more than me but are not local) check his work and invoices—they’ve all confirmed it’s excellent quality and pricing. Since then I’ve always felt completely confident trusting him. He’s incredibly honest and sincere, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Frank is always supportive and provides thoughtful, practical advice - highly recommended!

Amazing service and very friendly staff. Ayaz kindly helped me with arranging a repair that was required to pass my MOT in such a short notice period...for a great price too! I was blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, timeliness and generosity of this garage when I stopped in to get my car checked over after getting something stuck in the wheel while driving. They were able to look at it within 20 minutes, took another 20 minutes to check it thoroughly and as it was fine they very kindly did not charge me. Would not hesitate to recommend!

And it's nothing to do with the fact that mine was a welcome MoT pass - the whole customer experience is excellent: booking-in, drop-off, MoT testing and completion was all done quickly and efficiently and professionally. I’ve been using this garage for a few years now and they honestly treat me so well, my tire when flat this morning on the way to work, thankfully I was able to park it safely near my home. I call them early this morning and they gave me nothing but reinsurance that they will sort it for me and told me to give them a call after work, which I did. They came to find where I parked the car and pumped up the tire for me and made sure I drive safely to the garage where they will continue to do work on the car. Great service always.
