Been using Steve and the team for over 6 years now on my Mercedes Vito London Taxi. Knowledge, reliability, customer service, affordability and an eagerness to get me back out on the road again are essential traits for me as my vehicle is my livelihood and these boys have never let me down. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my servicing, maintenance and repairs. Take my view as a great recommendation because having been a London cabbie for nearly 30 years I have used many different garages all over London and I’d rate this place as the best.

Steve and the team were recommended to me by another garage. I was really happy with the service I received. Had my Mercedes C180 for a year and half and have been using Trident for all my servicing and MOT needs. They aren't the cheapest but you get more than you pay for as far as I'm concerned. No worries about being 'ripped off', all work is explained and agreed before being carried out, any time I have a minor issue I can drop the car off and get it checked, usually same day, fluids topped up and bulbs changed for free, always friendly and welcoming, what's not to like. Highly recommend Trident Auto Engineers. Steve and the team provide exemplary service, if every business was as customer focussed as Trident life would be stress free.

I've been to their service several times. I didn't write anything, I thought I'd see what happens next, I didn't want to make a mistake. Now I'm ready to write to everyone who reads it. Cool guys, they know what they're doing, they don't promise anything for nothing. They understand electrics and computer diagnostics, which is important to know what to repair. This time my car stopped running and starting. I took recovery service, they brought the car to them 24 hours, they called from the service and said what faults they found in the car, how much it would cost for the inspection and repair. Friendly, honest and professional auto centre. Floyd was fab and offered great advice on both of my son’s cars. First the wing mirror was replaced. Really pleased with the outcome. As a result of this, booked the other car in for a full service, which was completed in a quick, timely manner. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and again completely quickly. I would definitely recommend Greenacre autocentre and will be using them again in the future.

This was my first time using Keltec and I couldn't be happier with their service. Keltec carried out a full service and MOT for me today. KS Autos Uxbridge have always given excellent service. We had a repair done on our car recently, they kept in contact whilst dealing with the problem, they informed us of the cost as we went along and got the parts and fixed the car in two days. Very friendly and always great helpful advice which is what you need when faced with work on a vehicle.
