Been using Steve and the team for over 6 years now on my Mercedes Vito London Taxi. Knowledge, reliability, customer service, affordability and an eagerness to get me back out on the road again are essential traits for me as my vehicle is my livelihood and these boys have never let me down. Had my Mercedes C180 for a year and half and have been using Trident for all my servicing and MOT needs. They aren't the cheapest but you get more than you pay for as far as I'm concerned. No worries about being 'ripped off', all work is explained and agreed before being carried out, any time I have a minor issue I can drop the car off and get it checked, usually same day, fluids topped up and bulbs changed for free, always friendly and welcoming, what's not to like. Highly recommend Trident Auto Engineers. Steve and the team provide exemplary service, if every business was as customer focussed as Trident life would be stress free.
