Super helpful staff lots of great cars to choose from. Sahand looked after us very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. Family friendly (nappy accent while we were looking at cars) provided an area to do the change without any issue. Would highly recommend.
Car is great, they agreed to do the required mechanical work as per the service schedule when pressed on it. Only issue stopping me from giving 5 stars is the communication which was fairly poor, and was kept waiting at pre-booked appointments for a while. Other than that, a pleasant buying experience
Customer service was excellent. I was taken care of by Nas, he was very welcoming and made my car purchase very easy. He made sure I was satisfied. Overall I am happy with my experience with West Motors. Will hopefully come back to buy more cars from them!
