Having had my car break down my RAC engineer dropped my car off at Courtwood and reassured me they would take care of my car. He was not wrong. The service at Courtwood is first class. Mandy and Alex were on top of all the communication keeping me up to date on my car and giving me full transparency on what would happen next and what to expect. They dealt with me on a personal level and made me feel very reassured. Excellent service and a very professional team who are real experts on car repairs. I would give them a higher rating if I could. Brilliant service

Had the van in for an oil service and a winter check up. Top level of service fast turn around and understanding on booking van in but if the van was out we might need to change the booking. Would recommend as a business that cares for the customer.
