I can honestly say the staff and service were brilliant. Communicated with me regularly on the progress of my car’s repairs, initially thought there might be a delay with delivery of the parts, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after 3 weeks saying the repairs to my car had been completed. it looks fantastic again, I’m very happy with the work and repairs they’ve carried out. The staff have been very informative and pleasant throughout. Personally I’d recommend HSA Repair to anyone as they do an outstanding job.

Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc.

Took my Tesla Model3 to 4 garages including Tesla Tottenham and they couldn't work out the problem! Harj and his team found the problem and sorted it in a few hours! I thoroughly recommend using these guys especially Harj who is excellent at pinpointing the root of the problem. Very good pricing too, really pleased with Harj and not looking to go anywhere else.

Az and his team a undertook insurance repair work to my rear bumper. They kept me informed on progress and have returned the car to me in showroom condition. My BMW needed a full service before my MOT! Rear brake disc & Pads, Front brake disc & Pads, Oil change, Spark plugs, Coil Packs and filters. I wanted a garage that would allow me to supply my own parts so that I can save on some cash and pick which brand I wanted to use. I was dreading the cost of labour so looked online and read reviews. I called a few and also sent some emails. I received a call in the morning from ALC's Wayne. He gave me a really good quote for the service and MOT. He offered to install the filters for free since he was going to have to remove them to get in to do the work! I ordered parts from a German company and they took longer than expected to arrive due to "Brexit/customs..." I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong coil pack - Wayne called me up to inform me of my error and told me that he can order them or I could order them. He provided the part number I needed and after 2 extra days, they arrived. Got to the garage and the car was still on the ramp waiting for me! This has to be the first car garage where it felt like you were treated like a human and had fair rates and no greed! I was pretty much getting "mates rates" with all the stuff I had done. The guys noticed I had some scratches on the bonnet and since they had the car for 2 weeks (due to me not having the parts ready), they decided to give it a proper polish. I picked up a brand new looking car that drove a dream! I've made an extra effort with this review simply because I had such a great experience but also the labour and MOT cost was under £250! Highly recommend contacting ACL!

This is first time I’ve use this garage normally I get the service and mot done at same time but due to finance I said I will wait for service to be done in few months time just had mot done on my dads car spoke to both the gentlemen’s working there both are very well mannered and polite friendly which is big deal for me as these days that’s hard to find People who are friendly their is nice quiet smalll reception area where u can sit and wait for job to get done theirs free WiFi and even little heater for colder winter months I will definitely be having my service done here in few months when the time is right

I cannot rate the gentlemen in this garage highly enough. The elder chap and younger chap are equally skilled and on top of that they are true to thier word and look after thier customers. Not many respectable mechanics left like these guys 10/10 boys.

I couldn't recommend more. They did my MOT for a great price at short notice. I was expecting the car to fail, it did and they carried out the work to fix the issues the next day. They were happy for me to take it elsewhere if I wanted. One defect was a tough job but they got it done for a very fair price and the car is now purring. On top of all that they seemed like really good guys. A lot of positivity and humour. 10 out of 10.

I came to G&R after another garage could not identify the fault with my car and kept lying to me. I contacted Gary at G&R and explained to him what was going on with my car. He booked my car in immediately even though he was really busy as i explained to him how urgently i needed my car repaired.
