I've been Robert's customer since he first started, long before he opened at his Barking site. What started as a chance encounter and a chat has developed into a long and happy relationship and friendship. In that time, my wife and I have owned a variety of cars, Robert has taken excellent care of all of them - from my £500 Wentworth to the more modern and sophisticated cars we drive now. He's always done exemplary work on them - no request too quirky, no job too big or small. He's consistently happy to chat and discuss any request we may have. No query too much trouble or outlandish - always beautifully and cheerfully executed. Prices are always very fair (sometimes I think too fair) - work is always excellently done, carefully explained, knowledgeable and timely. Since moving to the new premises bang next door to an MOT station, Robert is able to offer the perfect one-stop service. I can't recommend him highly enough - he's a true exception in the world of mechanics.
