We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed. Can't recommend Plumbing Plumbers enough, I'm so pleased I've found them and will use them for all plumbing needs from now on.

My boiler that was under warranty broke down, and the engineer from Plumbing Plumbers was contacted to repair it. Apparently it was the whole PCP unit that was broken (which could happen) but so happy that the engineer already had all spares/PCP-cards in his car. He was very professional and managed to change the cards needed and reconfigured the boiler so the boiler is practical new. I will use same engineer again for forthcoming service for my boiler. Highly recommend Plumbing Plumbers for installing and maintenance of such boilers.

Jimmys communication was perfect, he tried to help solve the problem over the phone then booked to attend my property. He attended in a timely manner, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond his remit and I am greatly appreciative of his service. Cost was extremely affordable and his customer service was perfect. Jimmy was absolutely brilliant - he efficiently fixed our boiler issue that other suppliers hadn’t been able to and he returned within the hour of us calling him to check on a fitting. Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home. He also explained patiently how the boiler and thermostat work, as well as answering my many questions as he worked. Lisa is great on the admin side, too. I’m very pleased I found this company

We coincidentally met at Toolstation, where I asked if he could assist me with fitting my new radiator, as I was having difficulties with my DIY attempt. Ali was extremely professional and helpful. We scheduled an appointment, and he came home to fit the radiator, tested the system and boiler, and issued a gas certificate. I was highly impressed by his knowledge and professional demeanour.
