We coincidentally met at Toolstation, where I asked if he could assist me with fitting my new radiator, as I was having difficulties with my DIY attempt. Ali was extremely professional and helpful. We scheduled an appointment, and he came home to fit the radiator, tested the system and boiler, and issued a gas certificate. I was highly impressed by his knowledge and professional demeanour. Gas Votex (Ali) is now my preferred plumber and gas engineer, and I will always recommend him.

Sal is a consummate professional and extremely personable. He wouldn't rest until he located the gas leak under my floor boards and repaired the leak promptly and competently. I can't recommend his services enough!

We had a great experience with Kriss responding to our plumbing emergency. A clog and flooding from our sink overflowed onto the floor and they responded quickly to our frantic call. My boiler that was under warranty broke down, and the engineer from Plumbing Plumbers was contacted to repair it. Apparently it was the whole PCP unit that was broken (which could happen) but so happy that the engineer already had all spares/PCP-cards in his car. He was very professional and managed to change the cards needed and reconfigured the boiler so the boiler is practical new. I will use same engineer again for forthcoming service for my boiler. Highly recommend Plumbing Plumbers for installing and maintenance of such boilers.

We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed. Can't recommend Plumbing Plumbers enough, I'm so pleased I've found them and will use them for all plumbing needs from now on.

Replaced some old valves with new thermostatic radiator valves. Drained the system. Created a new run off tap from scratch, fits in well. Nice and tidy, good work rate. Cats approved

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly
