We coincidentally met at Toolstation, where I asked if he could assist me with fitting my new radiator, as I was having difficulties with my DIY attempt. Ali was extremely professional and helpful. We scheduled an appointment, and he came home to fit the radiator, tested the system and boiler, and issued a gas certificate. I was highly impressed by his knowledge and professional demeanour. Gas Votex (Ali) is now my preferred plumber and gas engineer, and I will always recommend him.

Great company to deal with. The communication from Lisa was prompt friendly and helpful. For some jobs it’s more important to know someone is coming over on the day they are due than to have them right away and it was great not to be leaving hundreds of messages just to get a reply like some plumbers. Oz himself was friendly polite and helpful too and Lisa gave us updates close to the time on when he would come so we could plan our day. The work (change a shower valve in a bar shower and service a combo boiler) was completed quickly and to a good standard from what I can see. The price was very fair. Five stars and I would definitely use them again!

Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home. He also explained patiently how the boiler and thermostat work, as well as answering my many questions as he worked. Lisa is great on the admin side, too. I’m very pleased I found this company

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. My family have a house that had a bad gas leak, my Neighbour used Suki last year for installing a new heating system and was very please with his work, so I phoned Suki, the leak was very difficult to find being under the floor, but Suki did not give up, working through without stopping till 19.30. He repaired the pipe work and throughly tested it and all appliances. his price was fair and reasonable, highly recommended, we intend to use him again for all gas and plumbing work.

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10
