Dylan was a pleasure to deal with. His communication was excellent and he made an exception to do the work on the same day I requested. He was clear and honest with his advice which was extremely valuable and good to know. His workmanship was very professional and he came equipped with all the necessary tools for the job. Dylan was very considerate and made sure that he left my home clean and tidy after the work had been completed. I will be contacting him again to carry out some plumbing work in the future.

This young man was exceptional. He explained fully what he was going to do to fit our radiator and new toilet. He involved me in decisions on any changes before doing them. Very professional. Certified gas people. I had 6 radiators replaced and and adjusted to a different sizes. They even gave me advise about my boiler. Lovely customer friendly guys. I would definitely use them again.

As soon as I posted my heating issue Dylan responded in no time and booked a consultation for the very next day. He investigated and bled all the radiators and had a look at the boiler and thermostat as well. Very informative and answered all my questions.
