Ben, Adrin & Kriss were on-time, kind & patient when answering questions & explaining repairs, and meticulous in their work & clean-up. I called because I could hear water dripping and needed diagnosis. Getting an appointment was easy and Ben and Kriss came on time. Ben quickly determined that one problem was my very old hot water heater and also checked inside the wall in the area where I could hear the water dripping. It turned out that the water heater was the entire problem. They replaced it that day and were neat and efficient. Highly recommend them.
