Ben called around to complete the boilers annual service. As always communication was great , arrived on time and got the job done. Friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions you have without using confusing jargon. Highly recommended.

Ben & Dez installed our new bathroom. It was superbly done & we were both extremely pleased. Today Ben serviced our boiler. He discovered a gas leak. He phoned the gas board & dealt with getting them to come & fix it. So not only has he maybe saved my life, but he took the job of contacting them from me. He is friendly & polite & I would have no hesitation of recommending him, as I have already done, on many occasions.

From start to finish, this company is so professional. We were fitted in for an emergency appointment; big kitchen leak. Everything was explained and shown so clearly. The leak was fixed quickly and numerous tests were carried out before Ben left. This company is a breath of fresh air, I will certainly be using them again and recommending them too! We used their plumbing service today and will certainly use them for the other services they offer!

I’m due to have my boiler serviced later this year and remembered I hadn’t reviewed Andy for the last brilliant work he did for me. ( sorry Andy - COVID & all !! ) ....we just moved into a new house and Andy installed a water softener and water pressure limiter under our kitchen sink. He did a brilliant job. The pipe work layout is a work of art. Two years on, it is all still working perfectly. No leaks. Nothing. Andy worked spotlessly clean throughout the whole job. Left me with an installation that was really thoroughly finished. He was not a clock watcher or in a hurry. Extremely friendly and I have recommended him to everyone I know in Romford. Andy is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber. He found the time to come over and do a very minor job for me, although he had huge projects on at the time. He took time to explain my hot water cylinder issue. He always keeps his promise - when he says we will come over, he comes! He follows up by text to check all is ok. Will definitely use him again. Lovely guy and kept the cost very affordable.

Andy did a great replacement Soil vent pipe, also fitted a new cistern and pipe work to toilet, always on time, reliable and very clean worker. Great plumber who knew what he was doing , unlike a lot. Would recommend Andy anytime without fail, really nice fella, and very reasonable price.

Shabs was professional, helpful and very pleasant. Not only he installed my gas meter box perfectly, he also fixed a fault that other gas companies could not fixed at a reasonable price. I would be recommending him to family and friends for his excellent services and reasonable prices.

Replaced some old valves with new thermostatic radiator valves. Drained the system. Created a new run off tap from scratch, fits in well. Nice and tidy, good work rate. Cats approved

We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed. Can't recommend Plumbing Plumbers enough, I'm so pleased I've found them and will use them for all plumbing needs from now on.

My boiler that was under warranty broke down, and the engineer from Plumbing Plumbers was contacted to repair it. Apparently it was the whole PCP unit that was broken (which could happen) but so happy that the engineer already had all spares/PCP-cards in his car. He was very professional and managed to change the cards needed and reconfigured the boiler so the boiler is practical new. I will use same engineer again for forthcoming service for my boiler. Highly recommend Plumbing Plumbers for installing and maintenance of such boilers.

We coincidentally met at Toolstation, where I asked if he could assist me with fitting my new radiator, as I was having difficulties with my DIY attempt. Ali was extremely professional and helpful. We scheduled an appointment, and he came home to fit the radiator, tested the system and boiler, and issued a gas certificate. I was highly impressed by his knowledge and professional demeanour. Gas Votex (Ali) is now my preferred plumber and gas engineer, and I will always recommend him.
