Needed an emergency call out as my boiler needed replacing. Had Optimum heat arrive in 1 hour. Managed to replace me with a new boiler. While they were on site. They were very professional and communicated all the way. Would highly recommend them. 10-10 customer service

Andy did a great replacement Soil vent pipe, also fitted a new cistern and pipe work to toilet, always on time, reliable and very clean worker. Great plumber who knew what he was doing , unlike a lot. Would recommend Andy anytime without fail, really nice fella, and very reasonable price.

I’m due to have my boiler serviced later this year and remembered I hadn’t reviewed Andy for the last brilliant work he did for me. ( sorry Andy - COVID & all !! ) ....we just moved into a new house and Andy installed a water softener and water pressure limiter under our kitchen sink. He did a brilliant job. The pipe work layout is a work of art. Two years on, it is all still working perfectly. No leaks. Nothing. Andy worked spotlessly clean throughout the whole job. Left me with an installation that was really thoroughly finished. He was not a clock watcher or in a hurry. Extremely friendly and I have recommended him to everyone I know in Romford. We coincidentally met at Toolstation, where I asked if he could assist me with fitting my new radiator, as I was having difficulties with my DIY attempt. Ali was extremely professional and helpful. We scheduled an appointment, and he came home to fit the radiator, tested the system and boiler, and issued a gas certificate. I was highly impressed by his knowledge and professional demeanour. Gas Votex (Ali) is now my preferred plumber and gas engineer, and I will always recommend him.

Ben & Dez installed our new bathroom. It was superbly done & we were both extremely pleased. Today Ben serviced our boiler. He discovered a gas leak. He phoned the gas board & dealt with getting them to come & fix it. So not only has he maybe saved my life, but he took the job of contacting them from me. He is friendly & polite & I would have no hesitation of recommending him, as I have already done, on many occasions.

From start to finish, this company is so professional. We were fitted in for an emergency appointment; big kitchen leak. Everything was explained and shown so clearly. The leak was fixed quickly and numerous tests were carried out before Ben left. This company is a breath of fresh air, I will certainly be using them again and recommending them too! We used their plumbing service today and will certainly use them for the other services they offer!

My office is in an old Victorian house converted to offices. I called Service Plus when we got a water leak. Jordan came out on time, was very professional, and did a great job on a project that ended up being very difficult due the the location of the leak. Excellent job. I highly recommend these guys.
