“Harry” the plumber replaced my kitchen tap - and did a perfect job. He was polite, very professional, honest and efficient - and he also cleaned up after himself. I have nothing but good things to say about Harry and Plumus. It’s the first services company I’ve used in London that I believe has high integrity. I will be using them again if I need to.

Plumus have done a great job sorting out a complicated heating system. They have been so friendly, helpful and reliable. Always turning up on time, communicating clear what the issues are and giving me clear options on how to resolve them. I have been very impressed they have gone above and beyond.

I want to share my feedback. This was the best experience associated with the work of plumbing engineers. Everything, from the speed of diagnostics to the cleanliness of the work - perfect! These were the first engineers who identified the cause of the constantly recurring breakdowns of the boiler, as a result we had to replace it with a new one (none of the three previous companies that came to check said this, but simply advised "to use hot water for up to 15 minutes, this is enough"). The replacement work itself was done perfectly cleanly and neatly, after which they even washed the floor. I will be very happy to recommend using the services of this company to all my friends. Adam is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and reliable. He corrected the installation mistakes of the boiler, also found out a gas leak in the house which is life saving. He does things in a very proper way and he is completely trustworthy. I highly recommend working with him.

Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. He was very efficient, polite and super nice. Such a relief after calling a company that I only found online in an emergency for the first time. Will definitely call again for a yearly service. Can’t recommend Alex enough. He arrived 2 hours after my initial call to help diagnose a faulty boiler and returned in the same evening with the part required to fix it. He was responsive throughout the day and went out of his way to ensure that we had a working boiler before Christmas. He was transparent and knowledgable. Very grateful for his service.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. The leak was resolved and replacement fitted in an hour.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.
