Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. The leak was resolved and replacement fitted in an hour.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. His workmanship was excellent; he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and clearly takes pride in his work. A true professional who went above and beyond, especially on a Sunday. Would highly recommend Kemal for any plumbing emergencies.

Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. Spoke to James and he clearly explained their pricing policy and in less than 30 minutes Harry was at our flat and quickly diagnosed and fixed our blocked drains. We found there were a couple that needed to be unblocked in addition to the long run of piping that serves the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The building is old and therefore pipes are tricky to clear but he managed to get quite a bit out and was super tidy doing it. Harry even put down a mat to protect our kitchen floor without even being asked to do so super nice touch! I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and he was a pleasant chap. Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. I can't recommend him enough!
