We had a leak from one of the pipes behind our kitchen cabinet. Keith was able to quickly locate the issue and fix it. The cost was good and the job was completed to a high standard. It is very hard to find good tradesmen that you can trust. I will definitely be contacting Keith for any future works and throughly recommend him.

Keith replaced a thermostatic mixer tap cartridge and re-siliconed our bathroom. He did an excellent job. The mixer tap now works properly for the first time in years and the siliconing is very neat despite the large and uneven gaps that had to be filled (caused by the walls being uneven to start with). Keith was really nice and friendly as well as being very professional and thorough. He even gave us a tip on reducing the water pressure to our kitchen tap to avoid getting splashed so much. We would definitely ask Keith to help with any other plumbing jobs we have in future.

I have found Keith on Google and seeing the good reviews I have contacted him as was needing help with my hot water cylinder. Keith has arrived the next day to assess the situation and temporarily stopped the dripping until the parts required have arrived. He then turned up on the date arranged to carry out the works with great care and also answered any questions I had. Thank you Keith!

They carry out all of our plumbing/heating jobs, gas and boiler services and have refurbed several of our bathrooms which we are so pleased with. I would highly recommend using this company. From start to finish their communication was fantastic, the complete service (a new combi boiler fitted and water tank removed) was excellent value. Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over. He’s a neat and tidy worker and always a pleasure to have working in the house.

Steve is polite, efficient and communicates well. He helped with gas installation for a major renovation and connecting a new 33mm water pipe to system. I would have no problem recommending Steve.

Install of 5kw Valliant ASHP, new 200l Joule Platinum hot water tank (converting house to unvented system) and replacing/upgrading all the radiators. From the first meeting, Terry demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion for 'the job', which had to be done right. Introduced through Heat Geek, Terry completed a detailed survey and provided a great deal of advice before we took the plunge. He was always very clean, tidy and courteous throughout and his professionalism is what you would expect from someone with 'Heat Geek Elite' status. The detail of all individual little the 'extras' Terry included, such as upgrading filter valves, attaching hose connectors to make draining easier (if ever needed) and building a separate 'system deck' when re-plumbing the shower mixers have all added up. We could not be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending Terry to you.

Terry did an excellent job of installing my new boiler, TRVs and correcting the existing plumbing for the boiler. Despite a few difficulties he was always professional and took things in his stride. I would thoroughly recommend his work and have already told my son to use him for his new boiler.

Terry came to see me when I started getting issues with my old boiler. Terry struck me as vastly experienced, professional, helpful and friendly. It eventually became clear I would need to replace it and I decided I wanted Terry to covert my old system to a new combi boiler. It was a quite a complex and challenging job and I was greatly impressed with his craftsmanship and I could not be happier with the results. I would have no problem at all recommending Terry and will continue to use him for my plumbing and heating requirements.

We recently moved to a 1970s house that had a malfunctioning 40 years old boiler. So, we tried to service it through a company suggested by our previous landlord. That company recommended that we replace the boiler since it was too old which we were fine with, however their quote was on the higher side. So, we obtained another quote from Terry for comparison since he had good reviews. Terry's quote was reasonable and hence we went with him. Terry did an excellent job in replacing the old boiler with a new one and also reconfigured the pipe works and controls. He made sure the central heating and hot water systems are working fine with optimised settings for energy efficiency. A couple of weeks later we had an issue with the upstairs radiators not working due to some air lock. Terry came back and installed an additional air vent and fixed the problem. Since the central heating and hot water are sorted now, we are more confident of facing the upcoming winter :)

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Tom was excellent in scoping the needs of this large house which had previously been served by a Worcester 30Kw which was clearly inadequate. He recommended a 39Kw ATAG boiler with flow rate of about 18l/minute - superb boiler!! It is quiet and easy to operate. I am surprised as to why not much is known about such a great Dutch device. I am sold and will now only install these especially as they come with a 14 year warranty.

Tom is a wizard on underfloor heating. He has been very accommodating with our timings for the renovation of the property. I would definitely recommend.

Plamen came today at very short notice. I found his details in checkatrade. My kitchen was flooded with water due to blocked kitchen sink. He said he could be at my place after finishing another job and he arrived in less than 1 hour. He wore shoe protectors to avoid leaving any dirt on my floor. He unblocked the drain, gave me some good advice. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again and he also does handyman work.

He was quick, friendly, efficient, and resolved a handful of problems that could have ended up being a lot more costly to fix had I not called today. I cannot praise Plamen enough for the exceptional plumbing work he carried out in my home recently! There are not enough words to describe the high standard of his work. I had been struggling to find a plumber who was prepared to accept the work that was required, and I was getting frustrated and despondent. I eventually found Plamen on Checkatrade and he accepted the work, despite the fact that it was extensive and complicated, although most of the complexity wasn’t evident until he had already started work. That didn’t deter Plamen though, and over several days he persevered until he had completed the work to the highest standard possible. I needed several radiators and valves replacing, the whole system needed flushing and the shower cartridge needed replacing. My house was previously cold and miserable with poor heat production from the radiators, with some of them failing to warm up at all, but after Plamen had finished the complex work on the heating system, my plumbing and radiators throughout the house are now functioning perfectly and the house is toasty warm at last. Plamen drained some horrible-looking thick and sludgy gunk out of my radiators, which was one of the reasons why the radiators were so inefficient and not heating the house properly. Plamen was keen to keep the price reasonable for me, which I really appreciated. He visited several times to prepare and measure-up, ensuring that he only replaced the essential radiators with others just requiring replacement of the valves. He worked long hours, even during the weekend to complete the work, and brought a colleague along with him to help him on the Sunday. His standard of workmanship was faultless and he left the house immaculate. He was exceptionally tidy while he worked, always wearing overshoes or even removing his shoes, and applied adhesive plastic sheeting to the carpeted areas. He returned to bleed the radiators to ensure the most efficient water circulation and kept me informed throughout the process, carefully explaining anything that I didn’t understand. In addition, Plamen is a really lovely warm and friendly chap and so easy to have working in the house. I really can’t thank him enough for his exceptionally high standard of work and the difference that he has made to my house with fully functioning radiators and a warm shower! Contacted Reza to carry out a boiler service on an older combi boiler at a commercial property we had recently purchased. Reza arrived first thing the next morning and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. The boiler passed but with it being an older boiler he advised me on a couple of small issues to keep an eye out for as they may cause us issue in the future which was much appreciated. Boiler service price was very good and I felt it was value for money. I will be keeping his details and would be happy to use him for any future works.

Reza did a great job installing our new toilet and faucet. He shared information about both items on how they work and answered all of my questions. He was careful about keeping the work area neat and kept us informed about when he needed to turn the water off.
