We had a leak from one of the pipes behind our kitchen cabinet. Keith was able to quickly locate the issue and fix it. The cost was good and the job was completed to a high standard. It is very hard to find good tradesmen that you can trust. I will definitely be contacting Keith for any future works and throughly recommend him.

Keith saved us when we had a total blockage due our toilet not flushing properly. Keith was extremely professional and efficient. He also came back another time to change our toilet flushing system and no further issues since. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommended

Keith replaced a thermostatic mixer tap cartridge and re-siliconed our bathroom. He did an excellent job. The mixer tap now works properly for the first time in years and the siliconing is very neat despite the large and uneven gaps that had to be filled (caused by the walls being uneven to start with). Keith was really nice and friendly as well as being very professional and thorough. He even gave us a tip on reducing the water pressure to our kitchen tap to avoid getting splashed so much. We would definitely ask Keith to help with any other plumbing jobs we have in future.

I have found Keith on Google and seeing the good reviews I have contacted him as was needing help with my hot water cylinder. Keith has arrived the next day to assess the situation and temporarily stopped the dripping until the parts required have arrived. He then turned up on the date arranged to carry out the works with great care and also answered any questions I had. Thank you Keith!

Dan fitted a new boiler, installed the new kitchen and created a wet room for me with in my budget, without compromising on the quality of the materials or the workmanship. Dan did herringbone tiling and spent a lot of time insuring it was completed properly. He also installed underfloor heating in both rooms and replaced all the flooring and supports underneath the kitchen. Dan even created a temporary mini kitchen so we were never without a cooking or washing facility. Nothing is a problem for Dan and he will go the extra mile to help you. He even provided us with heaters when our old boiler broke down. Dan looked at my Pinterest images and worked with me to create the exact design I wanted. He also sourced designer radiators and brought catalogues to my home to look for what I really wanted. Dan was clear that he would make sure that the dream would be achieved! Dan also introduced me to other reliable tradesmen, who helped with the overall work. Dan is knowledgeable and explains everything that he’s doing on the job. Overall Dan has a great positive mental attitude and made a stressful renovation much easier by managing it and reassuring that everything would work out fine.

Dan is an amazing, knowledgeable and very professional heating and gas engineer. We called him in to power flush our central heating system (photo attached) as the radiators were not getting hot enough or in some cases at all. He quickly figured out the issue with the pipework and also advised on other issues to make the gas and heating safe for us. We appreciated his attitude and work ethic and decided to go with his recommendations to introduce a boiler flue management kit and renew the gas supply pipework. Dan kept us fully informed throughout the process of his work and that really helped us feel more confident and comfortable that he was doing a great job and everything in the right way and in line with the latest regulations. We would definitely recommend Dan for plumbing and heating works.

We'd been having leak issues with our under sink waste pipes. Daniel came and replaced the existing assembly which hadn't been done well by a previous company. Really good job, carried out professionally and a good price too. Daniel is a really friendly guy and I'll certainly call him again if I have plumbing issues in the future. Tom was excellent in scoping the needs of this large house which had previously been served by a Worcester 30Kw which was clearly inadequate. He recommended a 39Kw ATAG boiler with flow rate of about 18l/minute - superb boiler!! It is quiet and easy to operate. I am surprised as to why not much is known about such a great Dutch device. I am sold and will now only install these especially as they come with a 14 year warranty.

We highly recommend Tom. He has replaced and serviced our central heating system for several years. He has also replaced our shower door and shower valve which wasn't straight forward, despite this Tom did the job professionally within the quote he had given us even though he had to come back several times. All work was done to a high standard. Tom is very approachable and is happy to explain all aspects of the work. To find a good reliable tradesman is difficult we will keep using Tom's services.

Contacted Reza to carry out a boiler service on an older combi boiler at a commercial property we had recently purchased. Reza arrived first thing the next morning and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. The boiler passed but with it being an older boiler he advised me on a couple of small issues to keep an eye out for as they may cause us issue in the future which was much appreciated. Boiler service price was very good and I felt it was value for money. I will be keeping his details and would be happy to use him for any future works.

I’m visiting my very elderly mom and last night the boiler packed up. I couldn’t get it to reset. I called a dozen emergency services and no one picked up or returned my calls. I was getting really desperate and about to give up hope and it was just absolutely freezing. I called this company and a gentleman answered. I asked him the cost to come out. He offered for me to send pictures to see if he could help me resolve the issue. He’s a genius and god no less. It worked. Not only is he an outstanding human being. Used Greenaway plumbing and heating to undertake some repairs from a poorly fitted wet room that another plumber installed. A couple of plumbers viewed but did not want the job.
