I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. I contacted NP Works for replacing some radiators. Nil was very quick to respond and organised coming around to have a look. He gave us clear advice regarding radiator types, which was very useful to someone who does not know much about radiators. He scheduled in the job promptly. There were some issues with our walls and heating supply which Nil dealt with quickly whilst keeping me informed throughout. The new radiators are working very well indeed! We also had them install a light in the living room, which was perfomed efficiently by Sean. I received a detailed invoice and Nil has subsequently been in contact to ensure things have been functioning smoothly. Communication with NP Works has been much better than most teams I've dealt with! Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and I will be reaching out to them again for any future house tasks.

We recently used Son for a new boiler. The customer service was fantastic, answering any queries really efficiently. They made sure the boiler was working properly, even contacting the gas board for us and getting them to come out and sort something. They stayed until the job was finished and were polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Al and Son (founders) have to be two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Polite and professional, they listen and give sound advice, explaining in layman's terms and without any kind of hard sell. Son and Alfie removed my existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank and installed a combi boiler. Son was upfront prior to work commencing that there were risks that existing parts (taps and toilets) may not stand up to the mains water pressure and that they would have to be dealt with should an issue arise - luckily for me, all was fine. The guys were on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Inviting trades people into your home can be an intimidating experience, I can honestly say that I felt comfortable at all times.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.
