Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. The engineer who came to do the boiler service was punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The invoice and payment process was also quick and efficient. I will be happy to use Aren again.

I'm glad I chose Aren Heating & pluming. They was able to send out a gas engineer to Install my brand new cooker. From when I booked the appointment the engineer arrived at my property on the same day within minutes. Friendly engineer got straight to work and did a great job. Glenn was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He is clearly very experienced. We had a pipe that was leaking slightly and we wanted to get it fixed before replacing our floor. He answered my call, was able to come the next day (three hours earlier!), quickly identified that we shouldn't have a joint of that type in a floor, soldered us a new middle section of copper piping, drained our system and installed a new drainage valve while he was at it as we didn't have one. He got our radiator to work which we hadn't used for a couple of years. He was just so calm, efficient, nice and polite, he quietly got on with it! And zero mess. He'll be our first port of call now - we're lucky to have him up the road!

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!

Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!

Al and Son (founders) have to be two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Polite and professional, they listen and give sound advice, explaining in layman's terms and without any kind of hard sell. Son and Alfie removed my existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank and installed a combi boiler. Son was upfront prior to work commencing that there were risks that existing parts (taps and toilets) may not stand up to the mains water pressure and that they would have to be dealt with should an issue arise - luckily for me, all was fine. The guys were on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Inviting trades people into your home can be an intimidating experience, I can honestly say that I felt comfortable at all times.

We recently used Son for a new boiler. The customer service was fantastic, answering any queries really efficiently. They made sure the boiler was working properly, even contacting the gas board for us and getting them to come out and sort something. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost.
