Jimmy was absolutely brilliant - he efficiently fixed our boiler issue that other suppliers hadn’t been able to and he returned within the hour of us calling him to check on a fitting. He was so responsive and helpful throughout, and always took the time to explain the reason for what he was doing. Would highly recommend - best plumber we have come across!

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

I called Near Me Plumbers because there was water leaking through the ceiling coming from the nathroom. I then decided to update the bathroom and heating. Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We recently used Son for a new boiler. The customer service was fantastic, answering any queries really efficiently. They made sure the boiler was working properly, even contacting the gas board for us and getting them to come out and sort something. Al and Alfie are a really great find - honest, reliable, fair, experts. We had a new boiler fitted for which they gave great advice, offered us a really competitive price, and completed all the work in a couple of days (switch to combi). Would highly recommend and will be using for future work.

Al and Son (founders) have to be two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Polite and professional, they listen and give sound advice, explaining in layman's terms and without any kind of hard sell. Son and Alfie removed my existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank and installed a combi boiler. Son was upfront prior to work commencing that there were risks that existing parts (taps and toilets) may not stand up to the mains water pressure and that they would have to be dealt with should an issue arise - luckily for me, all was fine. The guys were on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Inviting trades people into your home can be an intimidating experience, I can honestly say that I felt comfortable at all times.
