I'm actually speechless. These guys are like having a privately tailored Veterinary service revolving around your needs and the needs of your pet. They were sooo wonderful, accommodating, kind and professional too. I went in with my 3 Yr old Chow chow for a dental surgery. My fluffy hates going to the vets she gets terrified and starts shaking immediately. Not this time. She was so comfortable with the team at Urban Vets, that she even accepted treats from them! ( never happened in her life). She did not tremble or shake in anyway which is a first ever for her. I was so at ease with the staff that I felt comfortable leaving her there the whole day. The dental procedure went extremely well too!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Really an amazing team there. Will recommend you guys to my Chow chow whatsapp group with 350 members!! Thank you again so much!! Simone

We recently had a problem with our new kitten who had a reaction to booster jab. The team at Urban were so professional and were able to treat her in emergency. They looked after her and monitored her. She is well on her way to a full recovery. Thank you so much.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Biggest hug from Ricki & Holly and triple licks from Lottie, Ziggy and Toggles 20 out of 10 you are the best x

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

So glad that I found The Peckham Vet. As always the treatment that my dog Dorian and myself has been second to none. Dorian is a rescue dog with high anxiety issues. This clinic has taken this into account and has accommodated his needs by offering suitable appointment times. We have never had to wait for longer than two minutes to be seen by the vet. All staff have been professional and friendly on every visit. Full explanation of treatment being given and very clear advice from vets and reception staff. I have recommended this vet clinic to my friends and family.

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

My dog Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. And also with great humanity and love for animals. I strongly recommend everyone to rely on Ct Vets! They are number one! 🙏🏻

Mayow practice was recommended on my local Greyhound group and I registered very easily and quickly. My hound has been very poorly and was treated by another practice as I was out of London. I felt very reassured during our consultation with Alice that she knew what Lenny needed immediately and how this could be achieved. She literally had him eating out of her hand and he had eaten very little in the preceding days so that was a wonderful thing to witness. He is not out of the woods but hopefully on the road to recovery. The staff definitely have a soft spot for greyhounds!

We had the best experience today at Mayow Veterinary surgery. Our greyhound ripped her dew claw on a walk and they saw us immediately. The vet, Alex was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and gave her the best care. He also gave us a lesson in how to get a fussy dog to take a pill! The nurse, Kate was also great as were the friendly and very welcoming receptionists, Toni and Vanessa. All round a great experience and we were so grateful to get the claw removed and the paw bandaged so quickly. Thank you!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Can’t recommend you guys enough. Rachel

Whenever I have a question the vet herself gets back to me (same day) via email with the answers I need, suggestions, etc. It is clear customer and pet care are of top priority here at Paxton Vets (Gipsy Road) - many thanks!
