My first time at this vets and I was very pleased with the service and the vet “Anna” who dealt with my dogs tail in injury. I was nervous about changing from my old vets, but now I’m very confident and will be happy to return when needed. I highly recommend Paxton veterinary clinic gipsy road.

I found Paxton vets for my 2 bunny rabbits after moving from the USA to France to the UK. It is very hard to find experienced rabbit veterinarians (especially in a new country). But Paxton Vets treat them so well, with such gentle kindness and always listen intently to my concerns so I feel heard and understood. They are clearly knowledgeable with rabbits and I trust them. Whenever I have a question the vet herself gets back to me (same day) via email with the answers I need, suggestions, etc. It is clear customer and pet care are of top priority here at Paxton Vets (Gipsy Road) - many thanks!

I have two cats and just recently added a puppy to our family Paxton Vets in Gypsy Hill is one of the most friendliest vets that I have ever encountered. The staff are lovely helpful understanding and would go the extra mile. They don’t only pay attention to you but also to your pet, they create a calm atmosphere so all my pets feel comfortable going to the vets

Kind, caring and helpful! My 3 months old kitten got sick and was hospitalised for 3 days. These guys are the best - from the receptionist to the vet. They have special rooms for you to hang out with your pet, and don’t make you feel like you’re asking to many questions (even when I called several times a day to check on my kitten). I can’t thank them enough

Our 1.5 years old female British Blue female seemed to have a UTI (on a Saturday at 8-9pm) so we called the London Animal Hospital and they said that while non life threatening she must have been in pain and they could see her soon. The vet and the nurse on call were both super kind and would explain everything in details to us. You can tell that they love animals and are super competent. I couldn’t recommend more this place to look well after your pets

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

This is one of the best vets we’ve visited. All the staff is amazing and helpful! We keep visiting them even after we moved from the area. Mateo is a great professional vet and it’s the doctor to whom we fully trust our little baby dog Lily. Lily loved him as well from the first time she has met him! Really like this vets; very caring and professional staff - you don’t feel they are only in it for the money, which cannot be said for all veterinary surgeries at the moment unfortunately. Not especially cheap but good care and straight, honest communication about options and costs. And animal welfare clearly comes first.

We loved our experience at Medivet in Newcross. Clean and professional. Vet was extremely helpful and supportive with the right things for my pregnant cat who also had young kittys with her at our visit! (Yes! She’s been busy!) Vet was lovely, and gentle. Ladies at the desk were friendly and amazing too! Gave me great tips and advice. Broke down the health care plan of my cat and her kittys! Would highly recommend.

Jane has cared for my last two rescue Rotties. High quality care. She even did home visit during lockdown. To make sure my Buster didnt suffer. I rescued Jessie who was in rescue for 8 years she took her on straight away. She had a stroke treated her at home within hours. Reasonable prices and a vet that really cares. Cant fault her.

I was sure I left a review before but lemme write it again, I guess. Yes, the place could use a clean. Having said that, let me make something clear, I don't go there for the sights. I go there so my cat lives a good and healthy life. After going to multiple really clean and shinny chain vets, I got quoted ridiculous amounts WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY CAT. This is the first place where I came and not only did the doctor take care of my cat for comically low price but she actually didn't want to charge me for multiple visits but only for needed medicine. All in all, it depends what is important to you. If you are more fussed about the space, this one is not for you but if you care about your animals health, I HIGHLY recommend!

We took our very poorly dog in as an emergency. I was on my own and incredibly distressed as I watched our boy deteriorate in front of me. Vet Riccardo was so warm and kind. I knew our dog Squid was in the best possible hands. He was kept in for monitoring and treatment for 2 days and I picked him up, his happy go lucky self. Yes, vet fees are huge and we couldn’t have afforded the care without insurance. But I felt he was in the best hands with Riccardo. Thank you so much to the Riccardo and everyone who looked after Squid during his stay. We appreciate the long work you do, especially to be working over Christmas.

Nala cut her foot pretty badly, and lots of blood. I was very worried (in shock tbh), but Georgie was very reassuring and calmed me down, explained it wasn’t too awful. I left Nala with them for the day (Sunday) and when I picked her up, she was stitched, bandaged and wagging her tail happily, such a relief and very happy with the treatment and general service. Cost was expensive, but reasonably acceptable for a Sunday. The following day, took her in for a change of bandage and everything was looking good. I’ve now had bandage off a few days and let her off the lead yesterday and everything seems very well. Thanks Medivet Camberwell

This is the best medivet branch. Bert, Bruno and Daphne in particular are outstanding vets, reception staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful and empathetic. My dog is very anxious and fussy, she was shaking when going to other vets until we registered to Camberwell. The team is focused on animals welfare, they have always advised what’s best for our dog without trying to rip you off or upsell services or products which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend them!

Thank you for the kindness and support you gave when I brought in my poor little boy on new years morning. Thank you for giving me all the time I needed before and after putting him to sleep. Thank you for rushing him in immediately and trying. Thank you for comforting me and holding me while I broke down. I absolutely love this place. You walk in and you are always greeted with a smile. No matter how worried you are about your pet or how bad your day was. The attention you get is lovely, vets are not judgemental and don’t try to just make money. Give you options. Listen to your worries. The only thing I wish, they had a finance plan. Sometimes the cost is so much more than you planned for. It would be so helpful. However, I will always go here. Thank you for caring not just about our pets but us crazy loving owners.

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We took in a pregnant stray cat and easipetcare's team helped us at every step of the way. Any concerns or worries we had were expertly handled and explained, and they were more than happy to point us in the direction of other trusted vets when they were fully booked or closed. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of animals and it shows. Otis and her 3 kittens wouldn't be in such a good place without them ☺️
