We walked in off the street with our unwell dog. We were welcomed and registered in no time and Josh squeezed us in between his very busy schedule. Josh was amazing and it was the least scared our dog has ever been of the vet. Josh took his time with us and fully explained his advice and treatment. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

We just registered our dog Paddington at Aylmer Parade and the difference with the local Medivet is stark. Josh is calm, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If the apocalypse came tomorrow and the only person with medical training available to treat your gunshot wounds or zombie claw marks was a vet, you'd want it to be Josh. Sorry, I know that's a weird thing to put in a review of a veterinary surgery but I just watched The Last Of Us and it's front of mind. You can't be too careful these days!

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

I recently brought my greyhound, Winnie, to Hello Vet for dental treatment, which involved the removal of two teeth. As a dentist myself, I was particularly impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the team. The team took excellent care of Winnie throughout the process, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after. Communication was prompt, clear, and effective, which made the entire experience stress-free. I also really appreciated the two follow-up review appointments offered, as it showed their commitment to thorough post-treatment care. Winnie is now happy and healthy, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. My dog can be a bit unsettled in new situations, but the team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable & safe, catering to his needs with consideration & care. The environment was calm and welcoming, which made a real difference for both of us. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each aspect of my dog’s care without oversimplifying or rushing through details, and leaving me feeling listened to throughout the visit. Having had dogs and worked with dogs my whole life, I’ve seen a variety of vets. Hello Vet truly stood out in their thoughtful approach. Another thing I appreciated was that there was no pressure to opt for expensive procedures or medications. The team provided honest, tailored recommendations that prioritized my dog’s well-being, not upsells. The service was efficient yet thorough, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Overall, I highly recommend Hello Vet to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy veterinary care.

I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Jonathan, the founder, is directly in touch with clients, which really shows the level of care and dedication they provide. The team makes you feel like your pet is truly in the best hands. Thank you, Snoots, for being such a wonderful place!

Just back from Snoots with my 7yo cat. After a nightmarish time with previous vets it's safe to say the experience was thorough, caring, civilised and the prescription prices are bare minimum. Really pleased I made this decision for the cat. Plus he loves the welcome treats too (he's so fussy!)

I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

Veteris Shoreditch 24 Hour Animal Hospital & Urgent Care

Almost a month ago, our 16 years old cat Nala, who is our greatest love, was dying at the end stage of pancreatitis. My husband and I called Veteris to give her an injection as she was screaming in pain. The vets who came visited her and told us she was in critical conditions but that we could try to do 1 night in intensive care and see what happened. If we did not do anything she would have died anyway by morning, injection or not. Obviously having one little hope we sent her to the hospital with them and after 3 days of intensive care, our Nala started her recovery which was miraculous! She is now doing great and my husband and I are counting every day the extra day that these incredible people have given us with our little love. The care and professionality that I have seen in that place was outstanding and it was the best spent money of my life. From the person answering the phone who was sweet and empathetic to the amazing Emeline that was so great in suggesting us what to do at such difficult moment, to the wonderful team at the hospital Vanessa above all. Thank you thank you! What you have done meant the world to us and this will be indeed a very merry Christmas.

She gave him an anaesthetic and stitched the wound in my flat which took 2.5 hours in total . Everyone has been very helpful and attentive and I would recommend them highly .

Today one of the hardest things happened. I lost my darling guinea pig and best friend Thumbelina due to a fast acting gastrointestinal issue. The staff here at this vet were so helpful and so kind to both me and my baby whilst she was going through this. The treatment and care here was beyond phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this vet enough. The photo shows Thumbelina in her prime to remember her as she was before the illness. Thank you to the incredible team that helped us both today 🤍🤍

Our cat became unexpectedly unwell on a Sunday, an emergency home visit was arranged with Veteris, Artemis arrived with us within 90 minutes and gave our cat excellent care and attention. Our cat actually needed to visit for an overnight stay the following day where she was cared for and we were given updates. We were provided with information on costings, and the bill actually came in less than the initial deposit I paid and I was refunded the difference within two days. The practice is clean and the staff were very friendly, the triage team on the phone when you initially call are extremely helpful. Very happy to know that there is access to an emergency vet hospital and out of hours home visits close to us.

My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

RECOMMEND! Was recommended by a friend who has been going here for years with her cats and it did not disappoint! Hills quickly and easily registered us my cat as a new patient and helped my husband and i get pet health certificates for a move to the US involving a certificate for Portugal and a certificate for USA. All documentation went smoothly and I am so grateful for the help! The staff are very friendly and I think my vet was Mark. Super nice, patient and answered all my Q's. Only thing would be that sometimes the vet is hard to reach on the phone and sometimes you need to follow up on calls, but nothing too difficult and i would still return and recommend to anyone in London!

I've been to Hills many times with a friend who takes her animals there and it seems a very professional and clean place with many customers. A family type practice which I think is far better than a corporate franchise or chain affair.

I have been with Hills for 35 years and have seen the changes over that time. Veterinary practices have had to change to cope with increased pet ownership and the difficulties with recruitment Issues of cost constantly crop up but they are honestly one of the most priced vets in the area. Vet care IS expensive, but you would be paying a lot more at a 'chain' vet. My dog recently had to have emergency surgery for a huge tumour. He had several issues with post op recovery and then from difficult wound healing. Over a 6 week period we must have had about 15 appointments which included day care for intravenous antibiotics and laser treatment for wound healing. I was charged for the drugs only and nothing else. The care and commitment they showed was above and beyond.
