Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

The reception and veterinarian were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all our questions. We had just gotten our kitten and the cat bag we purchased was still on the way, they graciously lent us the cat bag so we were able to take the kitten home easily.

I registered my two cats recently at the clinic . I was so impressed when I visited last week . All the staff were so friendly and calm . The vet I saw was really kind and gentle, even my really fiery cat who hates the vets wasn’t too bad . I’m so happy we discovered the Bayswater Referral Clinic . .

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

Genuinely the best vet, hands and paws down. Kind, caring, easy to get an appointment and reasonably priced. Mr Phakkey and his team are wonderful and a great contrast to all the nasty corporate group practices that are sadly so common now.

Absolutely fantastic vets! Really feels as though they care and listen to you. We’ve been delighted with the care our Labrador puppy has received. Would highly recommend.

I moved Buddy to Animal Choice in 2022 and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new vet. Buddy loves going there.... and that's even after he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures so that says a lot! The whole team is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting each pet healthy and happy again. No problem or query is too big or small for this team to deal with or respond to asap. An outstanding veterinary practice in my opinion!

Wonderful team! I can't praise Venus enough. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient - I feel like she is two steps ahead of us and knows what we need even before we do. Everyone is so nice, warm, welcoming, and approachable. They answer all our questions with such detail, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, and there is always a smile.

Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

I have used The Animal Clinic for many years, from my previous dog to my current puppy. The team have always been welcoming and very friendly, offering clear advice through each part of process. I would highly recommend this vet practice to anyone who is looking for a warm and inviting environment for your pet and yourself.

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

This is one of the best vets we’ve visited. All the staff is amazing and helpful! We keep visiting them even after we moved from the area. Mateo is a great professional vet and it’s the doctor to whom we fully trust our little baby dog Lily. Lily loved him as well from the first time she has met him! Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

Nikki the vet was great with my little Leon. He had never been to the vets before, so we were both anxious. She was very kind and patient with him. Going back in a few weeks for more vaccinations and neutering. I am confident Leon will be exploring outdoors soon thanks to Parkside Vets.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Everyone in Parkside are kind, polite and helpful. The receptionist are also efficient. What can I say about the vet I saw with my Byron. Wonderful and very helpful, I am happy to see her with my two dogs any time.

Nicole, the receptionist, is truly amazing. She is always available and supportive. During every emergency we've faced, she has been there to guide us with care and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Alex, the veterinarian, is exceptionally capable, knowledgeable, and professional. He provides clear explanations of the pros and cons of each treatment option, ensuring we fully understand them. He always takes the time to ask if we agree with the proposed plan or if we have any questions, fostering open communication and trust.

Went there today to buy a tick removal tool for my dog. The staff were charming and very helpful, they didn't have a spare tool so the vet removed the tick for free! Excellent service, well done everyone.

We had a bit of medium grade urgency issue away from the home vet. We were able to be seen and solved efficiently and professionally without a financial penalty by a friendly team. Really glad that our friend recommended we go here.

Absolutely love this practice and the vet who knows Chewie. I have been to many vets in the U.S. and here and honestly this is by far the best and even my dog loves the vet!

I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day. You’ve all been amazing—thank you so much!

My experience with Abingdon Veterinary Clinic was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted my cat so warmly, making us feel right at home. They were incredibly welcoming, and every interaction from the friendly care to answering my concerns over the phone it professional and kind. Highly recommend for loving, top-notch care!

I am following up on my last review about poor behaviour of a member of the staff. I have received a very apologetic call from the lovely nurse Huma in the meantime. What a star employee and pleasure to speak to! The clinic should count themselves lucky to have her. She was empathetic and understanding and listed to me and helped to find a way forward for my dog. I’ve been coming to Abingdon Vet since 2009 and although I was very sad when the previous owner vet left, I have been happy with the current vets so far. Every staff is friendly and professional, too. I think the resident vet, Jose, is so knowledgeable. He got to the bottom of my dog’s illness and she is now stable with the right treatment and doing well. I have moved a bit further from the practice now but I’m not changing the vet any time soon!

I've been going to Abingdon for the last 2+ years with my elderly dog. They are always super helpful and supportive. The whole team at reception are especially kind and accommodating. They've made managing a tough few years that little bit easier. 🙏🏼
