Went there today to buy a tick removal tool for my dog. The staff were charming and very helpful, they didn't have a spare tool so the vet removed the tick for free! Excellent service, well done everyone.

Alex, the veterinarian, is exceptionally capable, knowledgeable, and professional. He provides clear explanations of the pros and cons of each treatment option, ensuring we fully understand them. He always takes the time to ask if we agree with the proposed plan or if we have any questions, fostering open communication and trust.

We had a bit of medium grade urgency issue away from the home vet. We were able to be seen and solved efficiently and professionally without a financial penalty by a friendly team. Really glad that our friend recommended we go here.
