I can’t recommend Snoots Vet enough! Even though it’s a 50-minute drive for me, I would choose them over my local vet any day (and my local vet is great!). Snoots just has such a homely atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Jonathan, the founder, is directly in touch with clients, which really shows the level of care and dedication they provide. The team makes you feel like your pet is truly in the best hands. Thank you, Snoots, for being such a wonderful place!

Just back from Snoots with my 7yo cat. After a nightmarish time with previous vets it's safe to say the experience was thorough, caring, civilised and the prescription prices are bare minimum. Really pleased I made this decision for the cat. Plus he loves the welcome treats too (he's so fussy!)

I first discovered Snoots while searching for a local vet for my first pet, Samuel. On a particularly hot day, I was welcomed with a refreshing offer of water. The clinic's cleanliness was impressive, and there was no waiting time as I had arrived on schedule. Despite my initial nervousness about taking Samuel to the vet for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Dr. Rachael was amazing; she reassured me that I was doing everything right and that Samuel was in great health. She conducted a thorough examination, calming Samuel when he got a bit anxious. He even received a treat for his good behavior, and though he was ready to head home (walking into his carrier on his own), we both left the clinic feeling more confident and relaxed. Samuel had clean ears, clipped nails, and a positive health report. Snoots is a subscription service, and Dr. Rachel was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. I left feeling completely confident that Snoots was the best place to entrust Samuel's care during his first year with me. The overall experience at Snoots was exceptional. Samuel had a good old nap afterwards.

Amazing Vet Nurses and outstanding chief vet, Danny Parry, without whom we would not be using the practice. We are blessed with another dog, following the passing of our previous girl last year, and throughout the last 15+ years, Danny and co. have been brilliant, compassionate and caring.

Both Cade and Sue who are the first point of contact always make sure you feel heard. Over the last few weeks I have had some challenges with my dogs and Cade in this instance has helped me tremendously. Great vets. Signed my cat up to get castrated, joining the vets was super easy. Very easy communication and clear process. My cat came back well looked after, with a great quality cone which I haven’t seen before!! Very friendly team and very clean inside. Reasonably priced (for London) and would definitely recommend.

I recently brought my dog to Hello Vet, and the experience was outstanding. My dog can be a bit unsettled in new situations, but the team went out of their way to make him feel comfortable & safe, catering to his needs with consideration & care. The environment was calm and welcoming, which made a real difference for both of us. The staff were not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each aspect of my dog’s care without oversimplifying or rushing through details, and leaving me feeling listened to throughout the visit. Having had dogs and worked with dogs my whole life, I’ve seen a variety of vets. Hello Vet truly stood out in their thoughtful approach. Another thing I appreciated was that there was no pressure to opt for expensive procedures or medications. An absolutely amazing vet. They’ve managed to always find time and work out getting us the best appointment we need. Great communication, they are always able to offer advice on any issues we’ve had as well via phone. The team take their time and really spend a lot of care comforting my dog. It’s great going to a place where you feel like it’s all taken care of with highly skilled staff.

Mina and her team are excellent, they have always responded to emergencies with quick, helpful and practical treatment & advice swell as being caring & kind. Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

We walked in off the street with our unwell dog. We were welcomed and registered in no time and Josh squeezed us in between his very busy schedule. Josh was amazing and it was the least scared our dog has ever been of the vet. Josh took his time with us and fully explained his advice and treatment. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

We just registered our dog Paddington at Aylmer Parade and the difference with the local Medivet is stark. Josh is calm, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If the apocalypse came tomorrow and the only person with medical training available to treat your gunshot wounds or zombie claw marks was a vet, you'd want it to be Josh. Sorry, I know that's a weird thing to put in a review of a veterinary surgery but I just watched The Last Of Us and it's front of mind. You can't be too careful these days!

Used to go to Highgate Vet until changed of ownership and the increased in fee. Found this local vet in google Map when my pup had an upset stomach. Very friendly receptionist and doctor. Charged reasonable price for consultation.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

My dog got hit by a car 5 days ago I phoned this vet at 9am by 1pm I had dropped him off into there care!! From the initial phone call I spoke to lee who reassured and you could tell straight away she had a genuine care and concern empathy about her! She really did put me and my family at ease she’s an absolute credit to Eliza vets, Very professional very friendly and efficient! Dario and the team did an incredible job answers all my questions! My dog got up and walked out of that vets like nothing had happened and I now have my dog back! There honest professional and and are a credit to the animal world! The first vet that I’ve ever known not to charge for consultation! Thank you Eliza vets for fixing my dog! Highly Recommend over any other vets 😊

I just added a new house girl kitten to the family so our boy Leo is a big brother. I didn’t have the best experience at Leo’s vets on a couple of occasions, more predominantly after his castration, and it had lead him to be ridiculously nervous. To the point of salivating everywhere, his fur would be everywhere, and he was ridged! Then once home he would pant and be stressed for an hr. So when my husband and I seen the new vets and read about it, sounded like the dream place. I can confirm it absolutely more than is! The owner and vet is so thoughtful with the layout, atmosphere and appointment approach. The level of care, attention and empathy is just incredible. And every other member of the team I’ve met from vets to receptionist are so genuinely lovely passionate and interested. Once home my beautiful Scottish fold it’s so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this vets. I cannot thank you enough for being the best with our fur babies ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

My Lab was spayed (Keyhole/Laparoscopy) here recently and I cannot speak more highly of the service and treatment she received. We originally came to Pawvet in an emergency, because of their out-of-hours service, when our dog broke her toe. We were in a total state, but Rinat and her team really took care of Luna, and us, both during the immediate event and throughout the long recovery period. We switched to them as our regular vet, and we couldn't be more happy with the care they offer. Everyone who works at Pawvet is calm and kind, and they really get to know the animals they look after. We totally trust them to look after Luna, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My dog ‘ Caesar ‘ went in for an op on Saturday morn ! I cannot recommend this veterinary enough folks ! I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.
