Andrew Carmichael is amazing, the best vet I’ve ever come across. Knows exactly what he is doing and cares about every single animal. The team Wendy and Sarah and also complete legends who know their stuff and have always been so warm with us and our senior dog. You won’t find another veterinary clinic like this. They all genuinely care. We sadly had to say goodbye to our 17 year old westie last month which the team only knew for the last couple of years of his life but it felt like he’d been going there his whole life the way they were with him. Definitely recommend and they understand everyone’s circumstances :) thank you!

I have been using this vet for 30 years and my parents before me. The best vet ever. Mr Carmichael genuinely cares about the animal, the money is secondary to him. The two receptionists are also amazing and lovely ladies. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

From the moment you enter this vets you are made to feel welcome,, being greeted by either Sarah or Wendy.. They are both extremely helpful kind thoughtful and considerate as well as professional at all times,, Mr Carmichael the vet has got to be the best vets I’ve ever seen and used in London!! Very thoughtful and respectful towards your pets ,, treating them like his own,, Always has time to chat with you about their treatment and never proceeds with treatment without a call before hand,, Extremely professional,, caring and respectful towards not only your pets but also to the owners ,, I absolutely love this vets and the staff! It’s interesting that everyone I speak to has recommended this vet to me so this is where we registered our English bulldog. To say they are amazing is an understatement. The nurse is so helpful and you can tell they are dedicated to the animals they treat.

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Noodle really loves going into the practice and the nurses and doctors are all so accommodating and caring! Would highly recommend!

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. I had to have my old Border Terrier Rufus put to sleep. I was dreading it. The team at Village Vet on Masbro Road were so kind and considerate during the process. All of the staff, from the receptionist to the vet, were brilliant and sensitive. He passed away painlessly and with dignity. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I'm so glad I had this team oversee it. They were so kind to Rufus and to us. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

Dr Carmichael is such a sweet and kind vet and has so much knowledge and love for the animals. Apart from taking care of our cat so well they were very sweet to take an injured pigeon I found and made sure it has fully recovered and able to be release outdoors again. A beautiful example of the passion they have for what they do and I couldn't recomend it more!

Absolutely amazing service, care, and professionalism from vet Agnes at Addison Clinic. I was absolutely stressed with an injury to our family pet dog and Agnes was sensational in calming me down and treating our pet dog. I cannot recommend Agnes enough! Despite now having to travel from outside of London (20km+) I will not go to another vet. Should you need a vet...Agnes is the only choice.

This vet takes things to the next level—they truly care about their customers. I was having issues with my pet travel documents, and Sarah immediately stepped in to fix it for me. She made me feel at ease with her ability to take charge and ensure I was able to travel on time. Her execution was flawless—honestly, I’m not sure what I would have done without her. 🤩

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

I am so impressed with creature comforts. We discovered a lump on saturday, and it was tested and taken out within a week. It turned out to be mammary cancer, and the quick turnaround of the vets (particularly Dr Sam, who is brilliant) was so efficient. I always worry about my dog, especially if we find a lump, so the fact that they sorted it so quickly turned a very stressful week into a relieved one. Thank you Savannah at reception as well for getting us in for a same day appointment! Couldn’t recommend this vet more. The communication is also excellent.

A wonderful clinic with friendly staff who were able to quickly get all of my 3 cats vaccinated. I appreciated not having to have to register every little detail online. It was easy and the vet surgeon Clio was excellent with my cats. Highly recommended

I had the absolute pleasure of coming here today. Becky and David were absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for more help. I was offered a coffee when I arrived and they were both friendly and we ended up having quite a laugh. My girl Morticia was treated very well and was super relaxed. Amazing prices and I was given a lot of information by David and things were explained. Becky was also lovely and chatted to me before my appointment (I asked to be seen early and this was accommodated) my girl wasn't stressed at all and is happily sleeping on the sofa. Our first ever visit with our cat at this vet clinic and was super smooth and pleasant actually which we didn’t expect. Informative and professional vet. Professional reception, and nice space, with some parking bays.

Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. Thank you all!

I am following up on my last review about poor behaviour of a member of the staff. I have received a very apologetic call from the lovely nurse Huma in the meantime. What a star employee and pleasure to speak to! The clinic should count themselves lucky to have her. She was empathetic and understanding and listed to me and helped to find a way forward for my dog. Great first time visiting this Vet. He explained everything really well and seemed very knowledgeable. The 2 receptionists ladies (Karlae and Huma) are wonderful! Very helpful, sweet and chatty.
