I had to have my old Border Terrier Rufus put to sleep. I was dreading it. The team at Village Vet on Masbro Road were so kind and considerate during the process. All of the staff, from the receptionist to the vet, were brilliant and sensitive. He passed away painlessly and with dignity. It was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I'm so glad I had this team oversee it. They were so kind to Rufus and to us. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

My dog ​​Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog ​​to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog ​​and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. And also with great humanity and love for animals. I strongly recommend everyone to rely on Ct Vets! They are number one! 🙏🏻

We’ve been using CTvets for 4 years, absolutely excellent service, Stefano and Martina are brilliant vets, they’re straight on the problem and get to the bottom of it very quickly. They’re brilliant with our rescues Kate and Jade who are extremely anxious dogs. Reception staff are also amazing, quick responses and always so lovely. Just lovely people in general. I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Absolutely amazing service, care, and professionalism from vet Agnes at Addison Clinic. I was absolutely stressed with an injury to our family pet dog and Agnes was sensational in calming me down and treating our pet dog. I cannot recommend Agnes enough! Despite now having to travel from outside of London (20km+) I will not go to another vet. Should you need a vet...Agnes is the only choice.

Dr Carmichael is such a sweet and kind vet and has so much knowledge and love for the animals. Apart from taking care of our cat so well they were very sweet to take an injured pigeon I found and made sure it has fully recovered and able to be release outdoors again. A beautiful example of the passion they have for what they do and I couldn't recomend it more!

I am so impressed with creature comforts. We discovered a lump on saturday, and it was tested and taken out within a week. It turned out to be mammary cancer, and the quick turnaround of the vets (particularly Dr Sam, who is brilliant) was so efficient. I always worry about my dog, especially if we find a lump, so the fact that they sorted it so quickly turned a very stressful week into a relieved one. Thank you Savannah at reception as well for getting us in for a same day appointment! Couldn’t recommend this vet more. The communication is also excellent.

I had the absolute pleasure of coming here today. Becky and David were absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for more help. I was offered a coffee when I arrived and they were both friendly and we ended up having quite a laugh. My girl Morticia was treated very well and was super relaxed. Amazing prices and I was given a lot of information by David and things were explained. Becky was also lovely and chatted to me before my appointment (I asked to be seen early and this was accommodated) my girl wasn't stressed at all and is happily sleeping on the sofa. Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

I have been using this vet for 30 years and my parents before me. The best vet ever. Mr Carmichael genuinely cares about the animal, the money is secondary to him. The two receptionists are also amazing and lovely ladies. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

What a lovely veterinarian. So warm and caring. I am local but not registered at the is vet. I called after my dog ingested grapes and they saw me immediately. Although clearly busy with people that had appointments, they ensured Frank got the emergency treatment he needed. Plus very reasonably priced! Andrew Carmichael is amazing, the best vet I’ve ever come across. Knows exactly what he is doing and cares about every single animal. The team Wendy and Sarah and also complete legends who know their stuff and have always been so warm with us and our senior dog. You won’t find another veterinary clinic like this. They all genuinely care. We sadly had to say goodbye to our 17 year old westie last month which the team only knew for the last couple of years of his life but it felt like he’d been going there his whole life the way they were with him. Definitely recommend and they understand everyone’s circumstances :) thank you!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved
