Laurent is a life saver! He attends quickly, is knowledgeable and helpful and an extremely tidy worker. For example, he fixed my leaking back to the wall toilets when 2 other plumbers had failed! Pasha arrived and got straight to work replacing the pump on my Vaillant boiler. Very polite and professional, he had it fixed and up and running very quickly giving a detailed description of what he was doing and offering sound, expert advice.
