Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

We recently experienced a blockage in the manhole in front of our Barber Shop, which caused an overflow in our toilet. We contacted Anytime Plumber, and they were quick to respond, arriving within 40 minutes as promised. The plumber arrived fully equipped, with a large jetting machine inside his van, and efficiently flushed the pipes and drainage system. Within an hour, the blockage was completely resolved, and everything was back to normal. The plumber was professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. Today anytime plumber installed the water filter for me they are based in Kensington but they have engineers all around London they arrived in my door within 50 minutes of my call done a perfect job

We just used Staunch & Flow for a second time. This time for a boiler service. I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Fergus who had come on the previous visit and was exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient as was the apprentice he brought with him. Fergus arrived on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing and seemed very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be a minefiled but I don’t hesitate to recommend this small company.

They responded quickly when I contacted them, confirmed the appointment and then handled the call/repair with great competence and knowledge. Lloyd was friendly, explained the problem clearly and had a pragmatic and helpful solution. I had a problem with my 6x4 Aga and he was completely familiar with the model and his diagnosis was swift and accurate. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. In past, Staunch and Flow has also helped with a leaking radiator, installing a gas line and repairing the waste disposal. They have been consistently polite, efficient and reliable.

He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive.
