Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. His workmanship was excellent; he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and clearly takes pride in his work. A true professional who went above and beyond, especially on a Sunday. Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. 5-star recommendation! We messaged PIPEFIX only 2 hours prior to the appointment on Saturday, but they’ve helped us sorted out everything efficiently! The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared. And he even waited until we tested the dishwasher is functioning well. PIPEDIX’s prompt response on WhatsApp and punctuality are greatly appreciated.

Excellent. 100% recommend. Honest, fair and did everything he said he would do. Got my boiler up and running to get me through a weekend of no heat/water and then a few days later replaced the boiler. All went to plan! Darren absolutely saved my Boiler from imminent demise. Until he came I was on the verge of replacing my Boiler as a previous engineer suggested this, within 30 minutes Darren had the Hot Water back and working and also diagnosed the problem correctly. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We have tried many local plumbers over the years but Michael is the best. Why? It really is a no nonsense professional service. I found him on Google and called him and he was round within the hour. Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas. They don’t have direct contact no for emergencies and just AI communication. I had eight moths old child in my house. Thanks to Jamil for helping us promptly.
