Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. His workmanship was excellent; he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and clearly takes pride in his work. A true professional who went above and beyond, especially on a Sunday. Dean couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Was reliable and careful to put protection doen on all carpets and stairs etc The only local company i could find with his own pump rig as well to PROPERLY flush sediment out of our heating circuit. Chuffed to have found a decent local plumber!

George came to unblock my problematic kitchen sink which has always had poor drainage but recently became completely blocked. Arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue in under an hour for the price quoted. He even managed to resolved the issue causing the poor drainage, the sink has never drained faster! Would certainly use his services again in future.

Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. He explained the function of the thermostat and how to operate it. In future, I will definitely contact him for any problems and have no hesitation in recommending him.

⭐⭐ Take two more stars! Andrei is a true professional! He replaced three rads and fixed a problem with fluctuating hot and cold water to the taps by replacing a plate heat exchanger. His prices are very competitive, his explanations show a lot of knowledge and experience and I will definitely be using him from now on for boiler servicing and any plumbing repairs! I've now booked him to replace all other rads in the summer when funds and weather are better. Can't wait... Thank you so much.

Jimmy was absolutely brilliant - he efficiently fixed our boiler issue that other suppliers hadn’t been able to and he returned within the hour of us calling him to check on a fitting. I can't recommend Nick and Johnny highly enough! They have been totally brilliant, completing a full installation of a new boiler and heating system throughout our home, as well as fitting our bathroom and connecting our gas cooker. We recently used Son for a new boiler. The customer service was fantastic, answering any queries really efficiently. They made sure the boiler was working properly, even contacting the gas board for us and getting them to come out and sort something. They stayed until the job was finished and were polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Al and Son (founders) have to be two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Polite and professional, they listen and give sound advice, explaining in layman's terms and without any kind of hard sell. Son and Alfie removed my existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank and installed a combi boiler. Son was upfront prior to work commencing that there were risks that existing parts (taps and toilets) may not stand up to the mains water pressure and that they would have to be dealt with should an issue arise - luckily for me, all was fine. The guys were on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Inviting trades people into your home can be an intimidating experience, I can honestly say that I felt comfortable at all times.
