We recently used Son for a new boiler. The customer service was fantastic, answering any queries really efficiently. They made sure the boiler was working properly, even contacting the gas board for us and getting them to come out and sort something. They stayed until the job was finished and were polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Al and Son (founders) have to be two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Polite and professional, they listen and give sound advice, explaining in layman's terms and without any kind of hard sell. Son and Alfie removed my existing heat only boiler, hot water cylinder and cold water tank and installed a combi boiler. Son was upfront prior to work commencing that there were risks that existing parts (taps and toilets) may not stand up to the mains water pressure and that they would have to be dealt with should an issue arise - luckily for me, all was fine. The guys were on time, worked hard and tidied up at the end of each day. Inviting trades people into your home can be an intimidating experience, I can honestly say that I felt comfortable at all times.

Al and Alfie are a really great find - honest, reliable, fair, experts. We had a new boiler fitted for which they gave great advice, offered us a really competitive price, and completed all the work in a couple of days (switch to combi). Would highly recommend and will be using for future work.

When we invited Raymond to inspect our very old boiler he was forced to mark it as not safe for use. It's not fun news to hear but he handled it very professionally. If you're a new homeowner make sure you are familiar with gas safe. He was then extremely accommodating, motivated by our specific personal circumstances, in shuffling his commitments to organise a quick boiler replacement. Raymond is friendly, communicates well, and obviously takes great pride in his work. In my limited understanding his work looks to be good quality. He is extremely thorough in his examination and diagnosis (you will most certainly hear about any previous work that is not up to scratch), and his prices are fair. And he leaves the place tidy :). Strongly recommend!

Raymond and his team provided excellent service, first by servicing our boiler and then installing a new one. They worked efficiently and took care of every aspect of the installation, including a system clean, radiator installation and gas safety checks. Raymond to the rescue! Our boiler packed up earlier this week and he was round later the same day, having already given some helpful thoughts on the phone about the most likely problem. He was extremely thorough and personable and make a great effort to explain all the tests he was doing - also giving useful advice for the future of our boiler (sadly short-lived it sounds like!). He was also not precious about whether we would end up needing to get another engineer for the repair after his diagnosis (in order to have hot water and heating as soon as possible), which I thought was very open and cooperative of him - although, happily, waiting for his next availability to make the repair seemed like the fastest and best option anyway. Everything is now back in working order. Reassuring to know there's a quality service from R H Heating available in our area. Love it.

My kitchen tap started to drip constantly and needed a replacement. I rang a few plumbers and Raymond at R H Heating and Gas Services Ltd was the most reasonable in terms of price and he was available to attend to the job quickly. Raymond completed the job quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. I now have Raymond as my go to for plumbing and heating requirements. I would highly recommend Raymond to everyone.

Dean from Prisdean is fantastic! I called him about a scary sticker on my boiler for a house we just completed on and he was able to come right away and do a test on the entire system along with other misc. plumbing work. He patiently answered all my questions and left the place clean and tidy. Definitely recommend.

George came to unblock my problematic kitchen sink which has always had poor drainage but recently became completely blocked. Arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue in under an hour for the price quoted. He even managed to resolved the issue causing the poor drainage, the sink has never drained faster! Would certainly use his services again in future.

Jimmy was absolutely brilliant - he efficiently fixed our boiler issue that other suppliers hadn’t been able to and he returned within the hour of us calling him to check on a fitting. Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. His workmanship was excellent; he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and clearly takes pride in his work. A true professional who went above and beyond, especially on a Sunday.
