Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Aneil was so helpful from start to finish when I had issues with my boiler, as soon as I called him he was giving me advice on how to control the situation before he could get out to me. I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. Had a leak for about a week which damaged my walls, had called out few plumbers but could not sort out the leak and the main cause of it. After I was recommended by a friend JA plumbing the plumber came and within 10minutes he established where the leak was and straight away he started on the work. Not only he fixed the issue also recommended me to change the piping which was probably so old which I got him to carry out. It’s been a month now no leak what so ever, I am relieved to have had this plumber from JA plumbing and would recommend him to anyone. reliable guy and very thoughtful and respectful of my property, he cleaned up everything and left the place looking like it’s never been worked on. Price for the work was spot on as in my past experience I had plumbers trying to rip me off. Highly recommended plumber in town.

Came home from a Christmas holiday to find the house at 6.5 degrees (!) after the boiler went out when we were gone. Thankfully these lads were quick to answer the phone, arrived within 30mins, and had the boiler repaired (including with new parts) shortly thereafter. Top notch work and service. Ricardo and team have been extremely helpful in advising us on what exactly it is we need and what would be right for our home. With the boiler replacement, Ricardo suggested which model would be best and answered all of our many questions which has reassured us we have made the right decision. Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. We reached out to Handyman and Plumbing Services Ltd following a plumbing issue with our toilet mid-Thursday afternoon and promptly received a call back arranging a visit the next morning on Friday. This responsiveness was great and much needed. Hass visited the house and was extremely helpful and polite, taking his shoes off at the door and spending his time to fix our issue promptly and to our satisfaction. This was great as we are renting in a new build apartment with in-built appliances. After resolving the issue, he also helped out by reviewing a couple of other minor issues that we had around the house and was extremely helpful and patient. We discussed the price for the service up-front and it was reasonable, with any further work and cost that might be required clearly communicated at the start. We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean.
