Very warm recommendation. I have been using Dimitri's services for the past 2 years. As part of a major refurbishment in a London flat with 4 bathrooms. Then to ensure a proper yearly check up on the boiler, the hot water cylinder etc Very reliable, very knowledgeable. On time. Fully trustworthy. It's hard to come by a contractor of this quality.

We had our main shower completely remodelled, which was a four day job. We now have a new shower system and retiled enclosure, with which we are very pleased. The job was done for a fair price. We have also used Nicu's skills in the past to solve some general plumbing issues and he has always sorted out the problems very expertly. We can highly recommend Nicu without any hesitation.

Very efficient. Helped fix my problem initially through a photograph (inherited immersion heater) after being let down by other companies. Fixed my problem quickly and efficiently at reasonable prices and then helped me with another project. Also very polite and respectful with great communication throughout the whole process. Kav was absolutely great. He made the effort to get to us quickly when our boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year- and he put himself out to make sure we had our heating back on as soon as he could by getting the new part and thoroughly cleaning and servicing the boiler. Victor did a comprehensive annual service of our Vailant boiler and clearly he has extensive expertise and attention to detail. He also replaced a Gas Hob, and yet again impressed with detail and quality work. He completed all the service documentation and was proffessional, clean working space and a nice guy as well. This is probably the most responsive and professional plumbing company I have ever used. I myself have a construction company and have used several different plumbers and Crown Plumbing is always responsive, knowlegable and send out professional technicians. Benn has done some outdoor plumbing on our pool water line as well as plumbing on our gas line for our fireplace. Hey shows up on time, knows what to do, ask questions to make sure he understands the project and gets to work. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

We recently revamped our main bathroom, installing all new floor and shower tile, a new shower door and a new vanity. We called Arafat Plumbing to have someone come by and reconnect all our pipes and install the new shower and sink fixtures, and we had a great experience. Sergio and his assistant came by to take a look at everything and gave us a very informative and candid assessment and explanation of what needed to be done and why. Everything turned out great and we appreciated their responsiveness and timeliness throughout the process — we have some other plumbing projects that we need to get done and we’ll definitely be using Arafat Plumbing for all of them!
