He made the effort to get to us quickly when our boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year- and he put himself out to make sure we had our heating back on as soon as he could by getting the new part and thoroughly cleaning and servicing the boiler. I used Ahmed to install an instant hot water tap. He was on time and finished the job in good standard. I then asked him the following week to install a faucet tap.
