Fantastic experience. Called at 2pm after discovering a leak and Kaveh arrived within an hour. Fixed my leak very quickly with a simple fix and didn't try to upsell or overcharge me. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had quite a few things that needed doing but I waited until I had a leak as usual. Kav was absolutely brilliant and I'm very grateful he went out of his way to help before my visitors arrived. Very warm recommendation. I have been using Dimitri's services for the past 2 years. As part of a major refurbishment in a London flat with 4 bathrooms. Then to ensure a proper yearly check up on the boiler, the hot water cylinder etc Very reliable, very knowledgeable. On time. Fully trustworthy. It's hard to come by a contractor of this quality.

We recently revamped our main bathroom, installing all new floor and shower tile, a new shower door and a new vanity. We called Arafat Plumbing to have someone come by and reconnect all our pipes and install the new shower and sink fixtures, and we had a great experience. Sergio and his assistant came by to take a look at everything and gave us a very informative and candid assessment and explanation of what needed to be done and why. Everything turned out great and we appreciated their responsiveness and timeliness throughout the process — we have some other plumbing projects that we need to get done and we’ll definitely be using Arafat Plumbing for all of them!

My house trap drain was clogged, when I called Benn we sounded very knowledgeable as to what was wrong by just describing the problem. He quoted a fair price. This is probably the most responsive and professional plumbing company I have ever used. I myself have a construction company and have used several different plumbers and Crown Plumbing is always responsive, knowlegable and send out professional technicians. Benn has done some outdoor plumbing on our pool water line as well as plumbing on our gas line for our fireplace. Hey shows up on time, knows what to do, ask questions to make sure he understands the project and gets to work. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

We had our main shower completely remodelled, which was a four day job. We now have a new shower system and retiled enclosure, with which we are very pleased. The job was done for a fair price. We have also used Nicu's skills in the past to solve some general plumbing issues and he has always sorted out the problems very expertly. We can highly recommend Nicu without any hesitation.

Had a leaking toilet inlet pipe and the guys came quickly and fixed the issue. More recently they came to remove rads during a house renovation. Came when requested and then came at various times to fit post decoration. Also fitted a new rad as the old one was beyond salvation. Kept returning to address valve issues and replaced them to ensure a sealed system.
