Very warm recommendation. I have been using Dimitri's services for the past 2 years. As part of a major refurbishment in a London flat with 4 bathrooms. Then to ensure a proper yearly check up on the boiler, the hot water cylinder etc Very reliable, very knowledgeable. On time. Fully trustworthy. It's hard to come by a contractor of this quality.

The system was left working correctly. The cost of the work was reasonable. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had a leaking toilet inlet pipe and the guys came quickly and fixed the issue. More recently they came to remove rads during a house renovation. Came when requested and then came at various times to fit post decoration. Also fitted a new rad as the old one was beyond salvation. Kept returning to address valve issues and replaced them to ensure a sealed system.

J&L plumbers recently replaced the boiler and water softener at my home. They came promptly to inspect and gave reasonable quote. On the day, They came right on time and completed the job on the same day. They cleaned the area afterwards. They were very polite and did the work wholeheartedly. I called Samuel around noon and he was already at my house in the afternoon. I had a clogged drain and after waiting several days for an appointment with another plumber, he did not show up at the appointed time, and I called Samuel.
