Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Chris is a very friendly, professional and knowledgable person about heaters and boilers. My flat didn't have hot water from my HIU. I've had a plumber come round before that wanted 3 parts replaced and quoted £1,400 for the job! I wanted a second opinion and Chris was able to get hot water running again within 5-10mins! He also gave me plenty of advise and explained about what the issue was and how to prevent it going forwards. If you're looking for a reliable and honest plumber, definitely go with them.

We had a leak from the old mains water pipe running under the property. Chris talked us through the most efficient solution and replaced the pipe in a day. Very efficiently and professionally done. No issues since. Highly recommend CS Gas.

Chris has been servicing my boiler for over four years now. He has also undertaken several plumbing jobs, most recently a leaky washing machine valve, when I had to allow Chris access when I wasn't present. Chris is always right on time for all bookings and is always very courteous. His prices are very reasonable and in my opinion he is very trustworthy. I cannot recommend highly enough, the quality of workmanship from Chris.

Honest, reliable and not over priced. I have been using Chris for annual boiler services/gas safety checks for the past 3 years. I would not use anyone else now. Chris is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always going the extra mile by identifying and rectifying minor issues before they become a major issue. Chris has worked on emergency call-outs which were dealt with straight away, I cannot recommend Chris enough.

Lawrence, came to my house to fix my toilet. He was very polite and charming! He spoke me through what he was going to do and I left him to it, after about 5/10 minutes. I came back and my toilet was unblocked! He also took videos before and after, to show me the difference! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

They're the only trade who responded to my call back promptly after contacting like 6 other companies. The plumber came in to fix my toilet that couldn't flush anymore and he replaced the rusty parts with brand new ones which I appreciate! He did the work very quickly and efficiently! Can’t speak highly enough of my experience dealing with Maitham. At short notice in state of emergency with my boiler breaking down maitham was on hand to turn up and deal with the issue. Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.

We had a severe shower drain blockage yesterday evening. I called Abdul who responded immediately and arrived at the property within 15 minutes. After an inspection of the property, he managed to identify the point of blockage and cleared it effectively with no issues. His charges were fixed but fair, given the intensity of work that was involved. All in all, he was very professional, polite and eliminated all our stress. Definitely recommend reaching out to him for any emergency plumbing issues!

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work.
