I started using Stewart and Stewart personally around 6 years ago and have never been let down and never been disappointed. This has now transferred across into my business where my reputation is on the line as I recommend Lee and his team for my clients needs. Again I have never had bad feedback and if anything it has enhanced my business, and reputation, working with a company so determined to deliver quality service.

Lee and his team were amazing, came on the same day with the correct fixings and had my shower up and running in no time. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible. SO refreshing to find an honest plumber you can trust! Highly recommend.

Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. Such lovely friendly guys! Came and fixed my broken toilet same day, came with the parts and were super friendly. They even fixed my taps at the same time. Really reasonably priced and trustworthy. Really recommend!

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. Perry was outstanding. He quickly identified the issue with my underfloor heating, ordered the necessary parts, and installed them efficiently. His communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely be using his services again when needed.

Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Can’t rate Perry at Heating & Gas Solutions highly enough! He was amazing, very kind and professional too. Had our heating issue fixed super fast and gave us great advice for the future too. Highly recommend.

Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.

Young bloke in the shop was surprisingly knowledgeable and very helpful. Will certainly be using the shop again.

This shop is very well stocked,and the staff are very helpful,I have also used them for boiler installation jobs upon which my customers have been happy with their work as have I, and their pipe work was very neat and tidy and they carried out the jobs quickly with no mess great professional work.

What a nice chap! We needed another opinion on a heating issue at my work at Renault in Coulsdon and called Steve. Steve came out same day and got us up and running quickly and for a fair price. Will be using going forward.
