Top top man! We had 3 plumbers out before Aj and none of them found a solution to our leak. Aj came in with a can do attitude, isolated and found the leak, then made a temporary fix until he could get the parts. The day after he had sources the part and came and fitted it at 8 in the evening on a Friday!!. If you are looking for a plumber look no further just call Aj he will sort you out and you can get back to your life, I will add him to my speed dial list for any potential plumbing fixes in the future.

Great service from the ai plumbing&Gas team after my boiler breaking down I had been told by previous companies that I would need to replace my boiler. AI plumbing had sent out there engineer Ajhar who said I would not need to replace my boiler and just replace my heat exchanger which was the fraction of the cost of a new boiler, they are a very trustworthy company who care about there customers. Ajhar came to fix an issue with my Boiler last year, what I most liked was that he had listened to me. This year I contacted him, he responded within few hours, we agreed on a quote and he was available to provide the required services in a couple of days. Above and beyond my expectations in terms of addressing my questions, providing guidance and directions and yes ... had the job done. Also worth mention he was also able to identify the additional parts I intended to buy and where to buy. Fee as agreed, not a penny more.

Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. He explained to me why this issue occurred and what to do to prevent it from happening again. He took his time and cleaned up after himself.
