Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Excellent and very speedy service after my boiler stopped working on a very cold night in the middle of January. The plumber came the same evening and repaired everything the following day. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Thoroughly recommend Philip from E10 Plumbing. I recently moved into a new property and needed a new boiler, a radiator moving and a gas fire fixd in quick succession. Philip was really professional and carried out all of the work to a high standard, even going the extra mile by investigating the crawl space under the house. When there were a couple of teething problems with the boiler, Philip had no hesitation coming back to fix them. Very competitive rates and a really nice guy too.

I'll be honest, I dont trust many plumbers. I've been ripped off a few times, so I only go by recommendation. But even that can be difficult- not everyone is willing to recommend one in case it goes wrong. But my neighbour told me Filip was reliable, and he was! He quoted me a price, and even with a few setbacks (expected when it comes to renovation jobs), he didn't charge more. He fixed my leaking shower, my sink tap and hopefully, he'll help me with my electric sockets soon. Thank you.

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient.
