David was fantastic he resolved my sewage problems. He was professional, friendly, knowledgable and informative. He explained to me why this issue occurred and what to do to prevent it from happening again. He took his time and cleaned up after himself. David is genuinely a caring, nice and honest person I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I don’t usually write reviews but was so impressed with George I had too. David is by far the best plumber in town. We need more people like him. Don’t trust the rest of these crooks!!

I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Ali came and fitted a brand new boiler and flushed whole system out within excellent time and he knows his stuff very very knowledgeable and explained every step to me which made me reassured. Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings. Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. He even gave me the number of a local plumber who was able to help. It’s rare to come across someone willing to go out of their way like that, especially when they have nothing to gain. We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. Jamil arrived promptly and sorted our heating and water during freezing winter. My boiler was under a year warranty and not from any gas engineer but it was installed by British Gas.
