Reliant are an excellent group of plumbers/heating engineers. I've used them a number of times, ranging from installing a new boiler through to gas safe checks and general plumbing and cannot fault them. They always turn up on time, if not slightly early, and the works are completed tidily and efficiently and for a good price. Very much recommended.

Faris was a nice guy and a great engineer, not only did he fix my boiler he also gave me some advice after I had been scammed by a different company who put a lot of pressure on to upsell me a new boiler. Called Britannia Roofing to look at what we thought was a potential problem with our roof. They arrived on time. Provided a detailed explanation and recommended no action was necessary. They were very professional, honest and reassuring. We'll certainly use them again in the future for any work.

Paul arrived on time and was so informative as to the issues with my roof, after he fully assessed the problem. He was on my roof for over 20 minutes making sure all the repairs needed were detailed to me. He gave me a date and time for the work to commence, detailed the issues and what work was needed to rectify those issues, then game me a written quotation. On starting the work, Pail and his team arrived promptly and started work immediately. His teams were so polite and professional at all times. The work was completed to a great standard, on time and at the price quoted. Before they left, all read were swept up and clean. I would like to thank Paul and his team for a job well done.

We'd had a long-standing issue with bad plumbing in our kitchen sinks and lots of other plumbers giving us the run around. Thankfully, Britannia fixed all of this without the least bit of fuss - professional, high-quality work and courteous, would highly recommend.

Pro Plumber came out on a Saturday, our drain was blocked somewhere and spewing water everywhere from under the kitchen sink. They diagnosed the problem after checking down to the main drain and found that to be blocked. As they couldn't clear it, they didn't charge anything even after spending three hours going through each of the pipes. Friendly guys and took proper care even though the water had created a mess.

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. I had a power flush and some extra work carried out. The service was impeccable likewise the communication, properly clarified what systems were in place, there was no delay with this company we were given a date as soon as the following day; expeditiously booked and confirmed. Arrival was within the specified time no delays, work was carried out efficiently and to an extremely high standard. Would definitely recommend this company to anybody and I am very particular with who I have in my home. I contacted Mohammed as I was told by British Gas engineers that I needed to flush my central heating system. Mohammed was very helpful and very honest. After asking me several questions about what was going on, he told me that I didn’t need his services and fixed the problem for me over the phone. He could easily have decided to go with the British Gas diagnosis and booked a power flush but he had the competence and the honesty not to do that and to help me resolve the real issue at hand. Amazing service!

Absolutely superb. Our heating hasn’t been working properly for a few years making winters miserable. I’ve had a number of plumbers over to look at the issue but none provided a long term fix. Mohammed identified the block in the boiler as soon as he arrived. He and his colleague worked tirelessly to flush the boiler and 11 radiators. My radiators are finally burning hot, and my boiler runs perfectly. I spoke to other companies providing power flush services but none appeared to have the same level of knowledge of experience as Magflush. I’m glad I chose to go with them as Mohammed’s wealth of experience and determination to fix our issue long term are rare to find. Highly recommended.
