Pro Plumber came out on a Saturday, our drain was blocked somewhere and spewing water everywhere from under the kitchen sink. They diagnosed the problem after checking down to the main drain and found that to be blocked. As they couldn't clear it, they didn't charge anything even after spending three hours going through each of the pipes. Friendly guys and took proper care even though the water had created a mess.

Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We called this service yesterday for a quote for a power flush service. They answered & quoted within minutes. We had no heating or hot water for months due to poor service from our provider. Ibrahim was at our door today at 9.30am! Very happy with service provided. Brahim first came to us to flush our system as our radiators were not working. He also fixed an airlock in our boiler which was stopping our central heating working. 3 days later we had a leak in our bathroom and he came and replaced the leaky pipes quickly and efficiently. We would recommend unreservedly.

10!10 Ibrahim provided kindly, courteous, and professional power-flushing and servicing for a central heating system which had not been attended to in over a decade. The house is significantly warmer now and I received excellent, honest, maintenance advice without the up-selling that larger firms try-on! Britain needs more decent, independent businesses like this and when it comes time to do other plumbing upgrades, I will be calling on him again.

I have nothing but praises for iFlush solutions, I had them over today to powerflush my central heating system. They turned up on time, had all the right equipment and showed complete discipline throughout the day. They explained the entire process, and did an amazing job. After they removed the sludge, they used infrared cameras to make sure all the radiators are working at their optimum level, balancing the valves to disperse correct amount of water across each radiator, so the house is warmed up evenly. I also had the bathroom radiators swapped over for towel radiators. Once again the quality of the install is second to none, they did alot of pipework, and made sure the aesthetics were as important as the functionality of the radiators. Lastly these are honest guys, I wanted to change a few of the radiators but they suggested otherwise, and they were right, my old radiators work a charm now and keeping them saved me alot of money. Highly professional, top quality certified work done and real value for money. Highly recommended.

Ziad's service was excellent. He found & fixed the fault quickly and offered some informative and pragmatic advice. We will be inviting Ziad and his company back in the new year to advise on a replacement boiler in conjunction with a kitchen renovation project. Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable.
