Ibrahim was fantastic - he offered to come round the second day and not only power flushed the system but also diagnosed the long running issue we had (which we had paid a lot of money to another plumber to misdiagnose). We even had the insures out who couldn’t resolve the problem and kept changing unnecessary parts. Would highly recommend Ibrahim to any of my friends, he is trustworthy, reasonably priced and extremely efficient. Very happy with service provided. Brahim first came to us to flush our system as our radiators were not working. He also fixed an airlock in our boiler which was stopping our central heating working. 3 days later we had a leak in our bathroom and he came and replaced the leaky pipes quickly and efficiently. 10!10 Ibrahim provided kindly, courteous, and professional power-flushing and servicing for a central heating system which had not been attended to in over a decade. The house is significantly warmer now and I received excellent, honest, maintenance advice without the up-selling that larger firms try-on! Britain needs more decent, independent businesses like this and when it comes time to do other plumbing upgrades, I will be calling on him again.

Matthew arrived promptly to service my boiler, he was polite, friendly and very reasonably priced. We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left. I called Samuel around noon and he was already at my house in the afternoon. I had a clogged drain and after waiting several days for an appointment with another plumber, he did not show up at the appointed time, and I called Samuel. Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable.

Kevin has undertaken a huge job, sorting out the four boilers, radiators in three floors, toilets and showers in the large house, in west London, we have recently moved into.
