My son and I tee'd off at 5pm. Perhaps the most challenging course to date, high handicapers should carry a dozen spare balls. Accuracy is rewarded, everything else is penalised by this course. Keep eagle eyes on your ball as fairly easy to lose in the rough. Perfect manicured fairways and fast undulating greens. We decided not to look for more than half a minute for our balls. Still could play only 14 holes before darkness. 1 birdie, two pars, and rest unmentionable for each of us.

Seve designed. Played here quite a few times and it remains one of the toughest golf challenges you can get! Every hole and indeed every shot has to be hit well or it will cost you shots. Greens are perfect...very undulating and as quick as any you've played. Loads of water and it all is in play. It will beat you up if you give it a chance, and can even if you don't! Well worth a visit. Club house lovely and views of "S" last green breath taking.

Excellent place for a celebration lunch - good management, careful attention to our requests and plans, really delicious carvery (the beef!) and well presented starters and desserts, efficient service, and all in a lovely spacious function suite with views over the greens. No need to be a member.

Recently held my son's 21st birthday at the venue. The event organiser (Erin) was excellent. She was thorough, supportive and we could not want for anything On the night Marcin - was not only professional, but kept things moving so smoothly - made sure everything was on point. The staff - they helped to make the event memorable in every way. We could not ask any more of everyone involved. The venue was perfect , the finger food .. perfect... to be honest we could have continued partying until dawn. Thanks again for a memorable event

We had our wedding at the Royal Mid Surrey Golf Club on 2nd September 2023 and what a brilliant choice that was. Emma, Marcin, Kenga and the whole team worked around the clock to make our event well and truly special. They were very accomodating and the guests all had a fantastic time. We could have not simply have asked for anything more.

Great course, not too long and not too narrow, but still a decent challenge, especially if you don't get your drive away or if you don't know your yardages with your irons. Greens in decent shape given that we played towards the end of October after a week of rain. Good little hut serving bacon/sausage baps and hot/cold drinks. Great views of the ever growing London skyline from the holes at the highest point of the course (and the club house). Also saw a giant mushroom! 😀

A golf course with a tale of two halves - The first half is a short but tight track with no real stand out holes apart from maybe the 2nd which has a tight and blind tee shot. From home 9 onwards the track really comes into it's own. The fairways and greens were in great condition with only a few dry patches around some areas. I played during a twighlight time and the course was relatively quiet. Would play again.

Really lovely course, well kept. Would of given 5 stars if bunkers were proper sand. Most are dirt. Very challenging course, narrow fairways. Greens are perfect. They spray them to make them look extra green. Very hilly course so you have to be fit if walking! Buggies available. Good choice of food extensive menu. Staff all round are friendly and helpful. Definitely be playing here again.

Lovely golf club. The best welcome committee I have ever had as an old guy with a white beard welcomes you at the car park entrance. Did not play the course as was working but looked tricky in the high wind of the day. But greens were manicured and the re wilding of some of the fairways looks good. Club house was old worlde but well maintained. Food looked good and the small shop on site well stocked. Coffee was amazing and cakes at the halfway house recommended. The date cake was lovely.

Extensive and beautifully landscaped golf course that has opened its doors during lockdown to allow non-members to explore its rolling spaces. A secret oasis of green normally hidden from the public's eyes - lets hope it isn't closed off again for ever more when the lockdown ends.

3rd time visiting and it's always a treat. Well worth the green fees. Highlights: pure quality of greens and overall course. Lowlights: £3.15 for a sausage in a dry bun along with the bar not being open until 11am (thus no breakfast!).

Great course, facilities and clubhouse. A few challenging holes, especially visually over water. Accurate driving is paramount with the rough/fescue being fairly pronounced. Weather comes into play big time due to its location and being exposed to elements. Make sure to get a buggy as distance from green to the next tee is generally far. Definitely one to revisit. The pro shop is well stocked and the food is pretty decent.

Thank you for an amazing afternoon at the Putt in the Park Pizza restaurant tasting authentic Italian pizza and enjoying a wonderful art exhibition currently taking place within the premises. Looking at the beautiful prints exposed, all elegantly framed, it almost feels like having lunch in an art gallery tucked away in the beautiful Acton Park, away from the buzz and noise of the high street, whilst enjoying their signature pizza featuring an amazingly light and crunchy dough base topped with San Marzano tomatoes and tasty mozzarella cheese. All complemented by extremely polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend regular visits!

We’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now, at least 3 times a week on average—so I can say I’ve been here longer than most of the staff! The team is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make great lattes. We come so often that even a pigeon, whom we’ve named Topal Necmi, visits us regularly—he has a slight limp, so if you see him, don’t forget to feed him! it feels like our local spot in every sense. A big thank you to the manager and all the staff, They are always so kind to us. Highly recommended!

Was not expecting it to be as good as it was!! The holes were varied and interesting and there are 15 (I think) so the time it takes to do the course is sufficient as well as being good value for money! You are permitted to take drinks purchased from the cafe on to the pitch. We were a mixed group of adults and children and it was fun for all ages. The pizzas from the cafe were so delicious and very reasonably priced. Would 100% come back.

Really good 9 hole course. Well designed to offer a challenge for all levels. Not too long for beginners and large enough fairways, but lots of hazards to make more experienced golfers ponder their shot selection. If you're good with your irons you'll enjoy this course, lots of tricky decisions to make. Good quality greens with lots of interesting undulations (but quite a lot of unrepaired pitchmarks) and large enough to test your long putting. Lovely views as well. All round very enjoyable for the money, and wasn't waiting too long even with groups in front playing on my lonesome. Great value especially considering it's (technically) in London!

Greens that Steal the Show: Forget forgettable putting experiences. West London Golf Centre boasts the best greens I've encountered in London, period. True, smooth, and even in wet conditions, they were a joy to play on. No bobbles, just pure putting bliss. Course Management Masterclass: This 9-hole gem packs a punch with clever design that maximizes its space. Each hole throws a unique challenge, keeping things interesting and far from repetitive. Prepare to think strategically, as narrow fairways and slopes demand precise shot placement. Par 3 Paradise: London golfers, rejoice! West London offers some of the most intriguing par 3s I've come across. While potentially "getable," hitting the green demands accuracy and leaves you in thought-provoking positions. Each hole poses a different puzzle, making the round engaging and dynamic. Not Just About Length: Don't let the yardage fool you. This course challenges your mind, not just your muscles. Tight fairways and strategic slopes demand smart play, rewarding good decision-making more than brute force. Lies of Truth: Be prepared for some uneven lies off the fairway. While not a deal-breaker, it's a factor to consider. However, the reward of those incredible greens makes it worthwhile. True All-Weather Performer: Even on a February day, the course was in excellent condition. It's clear they take pride in maintenance, and I can only imagine how glorious it plays when dry. Overall: West London Golf Centre is a hidden gem offering a truly unique golfing experience. The exceptional greens, strategic layout, and engaging par 3s make it a must-play for London golfers of all skill levels. Just be mindful of the occasional uneven lie, and prepare to be impressed!

Played a round recently, with all the adverse weather conditions, im amazed how well the course and greens are kept, im blown away. Well done to all the greens staff for amazing work. P.S to the golfers who use the course repair your bloody pitch marks and don't ruin the hard work that the staff do to maintain this course at a high standard.
