Top class service. Received solid advice on most appropriate replacement front door lock. Booked locksmith who arrived and completed the whole job. Start to finish about four hours and it would have been much faster if I contacting as an emergency.

Colin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He fitted us in promptly for an assessment and then for the actual work, which was done swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. We needed a general overhaul of our home security and he gave us great advice; we were also considering window bars as we live in a basement flat, but were not keen on the idea of feeling like we were in prison so wanted to make it as attractive a feature as possible. Colin took from designs we liked and from the general look of our place and came up with an original design that we like so much we kind of prefer it to no bars! Definitely not something I'd ever thought I'd be saying. Great company, highly recommend.

Called early in the morning as snapped a key in the door. Harry answered the call and came to site within an hour, he removed the key and replaced lock as I had no spare key. Also good to support a local business.

Harry came on a Sunday evening at 10pm to help. We have a lock every other locksmith we called said they would need to drill and no one would be able to pick it. Harry said he might be able to pick it, he was on time, and less than 10 minutes later I was inside, no drilling involved! He is a true professional, requiring to see proof we actually lived there, and he new what he was doing.

Was recommended to Chiswick Security for changing a sticking Yale lock. This was done quickly and efficiently and the locksmith gave us very helpful advice on other issues. We then commissioned Harry to remodel our letterbox - again done promptly and well, and when a slight glitch was discovered remedial action was taken very swiftly. Cannot commend too highly.

Craig Fergus arrived on time, advised me on the best lock for my front door, he changed my front door lock and replaced the worn lock on my window in the kitchen. Door did not lock anymore, called out GK and they inquired about details and pictures to assess the situation and clearly explained the rough costs depending on the technician’s most likely conclusion after onsite verification. Rob came by a few hours later, changed the gearbox that broke and did everything very professionally. I ended paying what was announced beforehand with no hidden or additional fees. Strongly recommend. (I contacted another locksmith at the same time for a second opinion, also listed on the MLA website and they ended up having all the red flags they supposedly denounced from rogue locksmiths, very glad I went with GK)

Recommended by a friend to come here, and soo happy i did, i showed the owner my original key and the two copies of keys from TIMPSONS that i was having problems with as they wasnt working properly , straight away he was able to identify and tell me what the problem was with the keys.
