Door did not lock anymore, called out GK and they inquired about details and pictures to assess the situation and clearly explained the rough costs depending on the technician’s most likely conclusion after onsite verification. Rob came by a few hours later, changed the gearbox that broke and did everything very professionally. I ended paying what was announced beforehand with no hidden or additional fees. Strongly recommend. (I contacted another locksmith at the same time for a second opinion, also listed on the MLA website and they ended up having all the red flags they supposedly denounced from rogue locksmiths, very glad I went with GK)

The Stoke Newington locals are able to walk their dogs, enjoy a coffee in the sun or play in the park, safe in the knowledge that their homes are secure, using top-notch products professionally installed. With this thought in mind I have been able to visit GK Locksmiths a number of times without needing to worry about ne'er-de-wells rifling through my sock drawers. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The products are excellent and cater for all tastes. If GK Locksmiths was a pub I'd be there every night.

Craig Fergus arrived on time, advised me on the best lock for my front door, he changed my front door lock and replaced the worn lock on my window in the kitchen. Craig was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and tidied up after himself too. I would certainly recommended GK locksmiths and will use them again - the price of the service and works was reasonable too!
