Amazing service from start to finish. Not only did Koray give me the most competitive price out of 5 other locksmiths, he was easily reachable, communicative and provided a great service. Would highly recommend.

Really effective and speedy service, got me back into my house in under an hour. Also provided excellent advice and lock adjustment, as well as replacement lock pieces and two new keys for free. Price was also very reasonable. Would highly recommend for anyone locked out of their house (or any other lock related issues)!

We needed all of our internal door handles replaced plus new locks installed on several of these doors. Kirsty and Steve arrived on time for every appointment as the work was arranged to fit in with our schedule. Due to the age of the house sone of the doors were out of line but Steve and Kirsty took the time to ensure that the doors, locks and mechanisms fitted and worked smoothly exactly as they should. A couple of the doors proved particularly troublesome and this involved a fair bit of work but the end result was outstanding. The quality of their work is second to none and I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty and Steve at Fortress Locksmiths.

We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. Steve came out really quickly and fixed the lock so the kids could use the bikes and didn’t miss their session. Amazing service, quick and friendly. Would highly recommend. Steve was ever so helpful! I had an un-lockable front room window which meant an unsecured property. Steve ensured that I received assistance today leaving us with a safe secured home, fixed window and lowered anxiety. Kevin who carried out the actual repair was friendly, diligent, persistent (in locating the problem) and informative. To top it off they were reasonably priced. Trusted Locksmiths came to replace my old back door handles and locks (completed pictures attached) and what a fantastic job. Samantha couldn't have been more helpful, she even replaced the springs inside the door for me. Nothing was too much trouble! Polite, helpful and great value for money.

Sam did a fantastic job when we needed her, despite the freezing weather at the time. The issue with our garden door turned out to be more complex than anticipated, but she was not put off by the challenge and gave it her all to fix the problem quickly and effectively. I originally asked Sam to replace one lock on a house I was clearing following the death of the owner because the keys had been lost. She responded the same day and was extremely efficient. I then discovered further lock changes needed on 2 separate occasions and each time she displayed the same efficiency, attention to detail and value for money. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

We had our front door lock jam this afternoon and Scott came within 2-3hours. £120 to replace the lock in about 3 minutes and provide 5 keys which I thought was exceptional service. He was very friendly too.

Amazing service, I was locked out of my flat as I forgot my keys inside and he arrived within 35 minutes of my call. My door had a high security lock that was tricky to work with, he suggested opening through the letterbox and even though there was significant distance between the letterbox and the lock, he kept trying until he figured it out to avoid drilling and damaging my existing lock. Also a great guy with amazing attitude throughout. 100% my go to locksmiths going forward.

I cannot recommend Biggs Locksmith highly enough! When my mum found herself locked out of her house on a Sunday evening, I was too far away to help. In a panic, I called Dave Biggs and he dropped everything to go and rescue her, literally at a moment’s notice. Not only did he get there quickly, but he was incredibly kind and reassuring to my mum, which meant the world to us. Despite it being a Sunday evening when he could have charged a fortune, his price was unbelievably fair, far cheaper than we ever expected. He didn’t take advantage of the situation at all, which speaks volumes about his integrity. Knowing he’s an ex-police officer also gave me so much peace of mind.
