In a panic, I called Dave Biggs and he dropped everything to go and rescue her, literally at a moment’s notice. Not only did he get there quickly, but he was incredibly kind and reassuring to my mum, which meant the world to us. Despite it being a Sunday evening when he could have charged a fortune, his price was unbelievably fair, far cheaper than we ever expected. He didn’t take advantage of the situation at all, which speaks volumes about his integrity. Knowing he’s an ex-police officer also gave me so much peace of mind.
