I originally asked Sam to replace one lock on a house I was clearing following the death of the owner because the keys had been lost. She responded the same day and was extremely efficient. I then discovered further lock changes needed on 2 separate occasions and each time she displayed the same efficiency, attention to detail and value for money. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Sam did a fantastic job when we needed her, despite the freezing weather at the time. The issue with our garden door turned out to be more complex than anticipated, but she was not put off by the challenge and gave it her all to fix the problem quickly and effectively. We needed all of our internal door handles replaced plus new locks installed on several of these doors. Kirsty and Steve arrived on time for every appointment as the work was arranged to fit in with our schedule. Due to the age of the house sone of the doors were out of line but Steve and Kirsty took the time to ensure that the doors, locks and mechanisms fitted and worked smoothly exactly as they should. A couple of the doors proved particularly troublesome and this involved a fair bit of work but the end result was outstanding. We run an accessible running club and the container that we keep all our running bikes in wouldn’t open this morning. Iliyan was absolutely brilliant he came and assessed the door lock which had an issue with the gear box. It was not working and he immediately ordered another one for us for delivery. He came back the to install and work on our front door in couple days. He did an amazing job very quickly and efficiently, cleaned the mechanics and got it working better than before. Highly recommend Iliyan who was professional, friendly and efficient. He was competitively priced and super quick. We had our front door lock jam this afternoon and Scott came within 2-3hours. £120 to replace the lock in about 3 minutes and provide 5 keys which I thought was exceptional service. He was very friendly too.

Called as I needed a locksmith after having to kick the door in. The locksmith arrived within 40 mins. He talked through the damage, stating it might need a bit of carpentry which he was willing to undertake. The job took about 40 minutes. He explained his work and showed me how robust it now was. Great service and staff had an old Chubb safe which only had one key other locksmiths wanted upwards of £200 to come out and make the key at my house sent these guys photos of the key and safe said pop in and they cut me one there and then £39.95 thoroughly recommended

The battery had gone flat on our cheap yale safe and we were unable to find the emergency key. A quick Google led me to welovekeys.co.uk I sent an email enquiry which was quickly answered and confirmed that they could help me. The key arrived within two business days and opened the safe without issue. Happy to recommend.

brilliant service, professional and gave great advice. I wanted a digital lock, The locksmith came to look at my door and gave sensible suggestions on options, he did not charge me for his time and returned after to fit the lock. He left a bit of a mess, as to be expected, but was fine as he would not have a hoover, and spent so much time on getting the lock to fit well, I was grateful. he had a difficult task taking over 2 hours in the cold. He did not complain and was very polite.
