âAn excellent course for the PGA Golf Tournament. The buses from Ascot ran smoothly every 5 to 10 mins back and forth. Amazing views while walking between holes the course facilities were set out very well with coverage and stands located in perfect places. The grandstand views were fantastic. An overall excellent experience well worth the money per ticket.â

âWonderful oasis of a golf club in London. Superb club house. Golf course is good , quite flat. Greens a bit slow. The back drop of the club house makes it . Course a good parkland course. Short par fives. Food and bar delightful.Staff excellentâ

âGreat course, not too long and not too narrow, but still a decent challenge, especially if you don't get your drive away or if you don't know your yardages with your irons. Greens in decent shape given that we played towards the end of October after a week of rain. Good little hut serving bacon/sausage baps and hot/cold drinks. Great views of the ever growing London skyline from the holes at the highest point of the course (and the club house). Also saw a giant mushroom! đâ

â3rd time visiting and it's always a treat. Well worth the green fees. Highlights: pure quality of greens and overall course. Lowlights: ÂŁ3.15 for a sausage in a dry bun along with the bar not being open until 11am (thus no breakfast!).â

âMy son and I tee'd off at 5pm. Perhaps the most challenging course to date, high handicapers should carry a dozen spare balls. Accuracy is rewarded, everything else is penalised by this course. Keep eagle eyes on your ball as fairly easy to lose in the rough. Perfect manicured fairways and fast undulating greens. We decided not to look for more than half a minute for our balls. Still could play only 14 holes before darkness. 1 birdie, two pars, and rest unmentionable for each of us.â

âGreat course, very interesting design that challenges you and make you think/plan before each shot. The day I played it was quite soggy and wet due to rains but would be amazing in summersâ

âI finally got to play Highgate after winning a voucher at a charity golf day at my own club. Really worth the wait as was really impressed. Four of us played and had the best stableford comp we'd played for a while, all scoring really well. The course was in brilliant condition especially in comparison to the courses I've played recently that are struggling with keeping the fairways green with the heat and lack of rain. The greens and aprons where fantastic and the interesting topography made the course so much fun to plot around. I really liked the way you have a cross over of a few of the holes with this almost communal Plato adjoining them all made it really unique. After we finished our round we enjoyed a nice gin cocktail made from locally sourced Gin and did the usual assessment of the course and of course the round and the unanimous feed back was an amazing course we all wanted to get back play at the next opportunity.â

âI was a member there when I was studying in London. I loved it! Greenkeeping is amazing (one of the best around London) and the holes are varied and fun to play! The spirit and values of this club are great: nice people, golf lovers, good coaches, nice proshop and good food (not expensive). I recommend!â
