Adam is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and reliable. He corrected the installation mistakes of the boiler, also found out a gas leak in the house which is life saving. Andrew has now completed two jobs for me and every single time he went above and beyond. Jobs included: Installing water softerner Upgrading heating system Boiler installation Toilet plumbing leak fix The most impressive part was at 10pm in the evening he was still working because the job wasn't finished. Shadiq is very punctual and discipline. When he says he will come at certain time and does things, he does so efficiently and competently. He is also very smart, he knows what to do to fix leaks, etc. By comparison, I also had another plumber checking my kitchen, but he seemed to be not as capable /take the job seriouosly. Shadiq is very capable and trustworthy. Highly recommended. And to top it up, reasonable price too.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Excellent. 100% recommend. Honest, fair and did everything he said he would do. Got my boiler up and running to get me through a weekend of no heat/water and then a few days later replaced the boiler. All went to plan! Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.
