We recently used Docklands Plumbing Services to replace our kitchen sink and address a persistent blockage. They were easy to contact, punctual, and provided an accurate, fair quote. I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Ajhar came to fix an issue with my Boiler last year, what I most liked was that he had listened to me. This year I contacted him, he responded within few hours, we agreed on a quote and he was available to provide the required services in a couple of days. Above and beyond my expectations in terms of addressing my questions, providing guidance and directions and yes ... had the job done. Also worth mention he was also able to identify the additional parts I intended to buy and where to buy. Fee as agreed, not a penny more.

Top top man! We had 3 plumbers out before Aj and none of them found a solution to our leak. Aj came in with a can do attitude, isolated and found the leak, then made a temporary fix until he could get the parts. The day after he had sources the part and came and fitted it at 8 in the evening on a Friday!!. If you are looking for a plumber look no further just call Aj he will sort you out and you can get back to your life, I will add him to my speed dial list for any potential plumbing fixes in the future.

Great service from the ai plumbing&Gas team after my boiler breaking down I had been told by previous companies that I would need to replace my boiler. AI plumbing had sent out there engineer Ajhar who said I would not need to replace my boiler and just replace my heat exchanger which was the fraction of the cost of a new boiler, they are a very trustworthy company who care about there customers. Great service from Ajhar very knowledgeable 👍

Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We have used Warren since we moved into our house on the Isle of Dogs 9 years ago. Warren has been fantastic every time we have contacted him. Over those years we've also had two emergencies (leaking pipe and no hot water) and Warren attended quickly and resolved the issues efficiently. The lack of hot water was due to the HW cylinder's element needing to be replaced (which we were using while the gas boiler was broken). Warren has also showed me how to resolve some minor plumbing tasks myself so that I don't need to call him (top-up pressure in the central heating, top up the expansion vessels, etc). I definitely recommend Warren and will always call Warren for as long as he is still working!

The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared.
