I can’t say enough good things about Rapid Response ! Icky has fitted a new boiler in our flat in EC1V and we are now looking at replacing a shower . He’s courteous, reliable and does a great job .

I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. I can't thank him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with Pulsacoil problems. Thank you Iky.

As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

Greg was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend him highly enough! I had a previous plumber who came to fix a leaking pipe under my shower and he made a mess of the job and the bathroom. Greg from Raven Plumbing and Heating Solutions not only refitted all the pipework correctly, but also reinstalled the shower and re-did the tiling beautifully. Greg (who leads Raven Plumbing & Heating) is one of the best plumbers I have worked with in London. He is pleasant, diligent and effective at his job. Greg has helped me remove and install a shower screen (this was a difficult job but he got it done in one day) and smaller tasks such as placing my washing machine on a raised platform. I recommend Greg for any plumbing or heating works that you may have.

We contacted Greg in the middle of the night as we had an emergency leak and he came within 20 minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure the leak was sorted and to avoid us having to pay for further call out charges. He was honest and professional and his pricing is very reasonable. I had Raven Plumbing & Heating service my boiler and perform a power flush on my pipes. They went the extra mile by removing every radiator and cleaning them inside and out. Our heating now gets hotter quicker and the flat remains hot once it’s turned off. More importantly our flat is now a lot more energy efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!

Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.
