I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. I can't thank him enough and would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with Pulsacoil problems. Thank you Iky.

As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

Greg is a massively skilled, talented, meticulous, careful and lovely man who can turn his hand to anything and make it beautiful. He's decorated many rooms in our formerly tatty old house, fitted a beautiful (and very complicated) bathroom, and taken on some fairly serious building jobs. He solves problems, works openly and collaboratively on plans, and his standards are impeccable. He's also a lovely guy to have around. I'd have him back and recommend him to anyone, with no hesitation.

Greg was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend him highly enough! I had a previous plumber who came to fix a leaking pipe under my shower and he made a mess of the job and the bathroom. Greg from Raven Plumbing and Heating Solutions not only refitted all the pipework correctly, but also reinstalled the shower and re-did the tiling beautifully. Very polite, hardworking, tidy and a true professional! 10/10!

I had Raven Plumbing & Heating service my boiler and perform a power flush on my pipes. They went the extra mile by removing every radiator and cleaning them inside and out. Our heating now gets hotter quicker and the flat remains hot once it’s turned off. More importantly our flat is now a lot more energy efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.

Greg (who leads Raven Plumbing & Heating) is one of the best plumbers I have worked with in London. He is pleasant, diligent and effective at his job. Greg has helped me remove and install a shower screen (this was a difficult job but he got it done in one day) and smaller tasks such as placing my washing machine on a raised platform. I recommend Greg for any plumbing or heating works that you may have.

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

Very professional and very good service. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. Daniel was incredibly helpful when I called him on a Saturday night with a plumbing emergency. Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!

Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left.
